Short and simple; they are cones and do not have a clue what they are doing. In fact I believe the product they use actually attacks the mole, vole, and pocket gophers. I have never had the issues that I have now until they came and put their feed down to feed them. They continue to destroy my yard at high rate of speed. I have called and requested a revisit and then called to request a refund and that they not charge my card any more for their services that DO NOT WORK! After 4 trips to my home over the past two months, this is what my yard looks like. There are hundreds of small webs on my lawn too. I called and asked for a manager and no one will call me. Last tech that cane out says he doesn’t know what to do. Any recommendations? I’m trying to cancel my agreement now. 👎😢🤬. The technicians have been great, just not getting the problem solved. It’s actually 10 times worse!!
Aptive can STOP SENDING DOOR TO DOOR SALES PEOPLE DURING A PANDEMIC. Sales persons are not wearing masks and are NOT social distancing. They are pushy, aggressive and RUDE.
The man who came to spray our house was very unprofessional. He was on the phone through bluetooth the entire time he sprayed our house and never spoke a word to me. He did the very bare minimum of spraying and left without saying a word as well.
Horrible phone customer service due to long waits and when you do get connected, you are dropped after sharing your reason for calling. My service call was scheduled and no one shows up. No phone call, no email and no reason as to why my time was wasted. I highly suggested another provider because its apparent the customer isnt important.
I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week. Hours waiting on hold, calls back and instantly drops the call.
I am so dissapointed with Aptive. A salesman came to my door in June selling this spectacular deal, said they would do the initial spray, come back in 30 days for a follow up and then would be on a quarterly basis. After I never heard from anyone in July I called, they said they'd be out on Thursday, no one came. I called on Friday and they rescheduled for Monday afternoon, today. RecommendedThe Salesperson Bitner was very proud of the Company's Work effectiveness and ethic and He displayed that in His own Character and politeness. The Young Man that came to do the treatment Will Defew was equally as kind and diligent making sure to ask if any areas of concern and getting down numerous wasp nest and retreating areas after another company for Brown Recluse Spiders. Reasonable Rates as well.
