We are moving and need to cancel service. I have been on the phone nonstop and cannot get anyone to answer. Had them for 3 years. Was overwhelmed and accepted their door to door sales pitch, even though they ignored neighborhood no solicitation sign. We seem to have a nonstop bug problem, even when they do come to service. Now, trying to cancel our service for our move and for the 4th time on hold for over 20 minutes! This company is terrible!! How do I cancel my service if no one picks up the phone?!?
At first I was pleased with the service. But it's become very clear that the level of service falls off a cliff the minute you sign the contract. They came out and provided the initial service, but didn't come out for the 30 day follow up service. No replies to messages sent in the app or emails sent. Aptive is a JOKE! Called for service after they came out to do their quarterly because we were still seeing spiders in the house. I told them I also wanted them to treat the inside and outside as well as treat the yard for fleas & ticks. When they told me they only spot treat for fleas & ticks I told them that is ridiculous and their response was “Well, you could always try putting one of those liquid flea & tick treatments on your dog.” Ummm duh, the dog is already treated, I’m more worried about my kids playing in the yard... read more
Horrible service. Received one initial service but no follow up and could not reach anyone/ left messages but nothing! More bugs than before I switched
RecommendedI received my first treatment yesterday, so I don’t have a review on the product. However, I wanted to point out that Jason (don’t have his last name, but he’s 20 yrs old), the door-to-door salesman going through Castle Hills on 7/23, was exceptionally friendly and professional. Answer your phones. Provide needed services in a timely manner. STOP attempting to charge and perform quarterly services a month before they are due!
I have a no soliciting sign on my front door and he still knocked on my door trying to sell me services I told him don't you see the sign and he said yes but I just wanted to let you know that we're doing it for half price. Really?
