Overpriced and terrible customer service!! They NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone. Leave you on hold FOREVER! And then you just get disconnected! Terrible! And I don’t think they did that great of job for the price.
An Aptive salesperson came to my door without a mask on wanting me to open my door and talk. He became agitated when I said I would not come outside. This is irresponsible and very disappointing of Aptive. WE ARE IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Please require your employees to wear a mask when approaching people's front doors. I am not impressed.

So far pretty shady with me on a service issue ,,overcharged for a service I did not fully receive. I have spoken to my salesman and he is going to try to have it worked out tomorrow .
A representative of this company is going door to door in my neighborhood without proper PPE. This is very poor form given the current crisis. He failed to identify himself when asked what company he was with and did not pull his mask up to wear (it was around his neck) when asked. This is dangerous and irresponsible.

Aptive Environment showed up at our door in Colorado Springs. Our community has clearly marked NO SOLITITATION signs. Multiple homeowners in the area have politely requested Aptive to please leave the neighborhood and they refuse. The solititor (Dave Warner) is violating the governers COVID-19 state guidelines for wearing masks, did not adhere to social distancing requirements and is in violation of our HOA request. Please refrain from visiting our neighborhood in Trail Ridge South.
