You should have told me that your service was not compatible with fish. We have a pond with large koi in it and you can't spray our back area. Spiders are all over the place since you sprayed the front and sides of our home.
Terrible customer service. I can never get anyone on the phone. Twice I've spent 30 minutes on hold just to get disconnected. I don't know what they use but I still have ants and spiders. Not worth the price. I will be returning to my old company. They say they will come back out to respray but you can never get a rep on the phone to schedule it.
Do not use this company. no one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. You ask for more services that they offer and they always say next time out we will do it, but never do. Last time we were charged when their guy sat in the truck. We watched in the camera and even left emails and voice-mail. When they did spray, it hasn't done any good in over a year. Used to notice dead insects when they sprayed at first. Nothing now. We have canceled them for 4 months now yet we continue having to deal with new people showing up... read more
Recommendedgreat job and they came on time and were very thorough
first the service sucked. my contract couldn't end fast enough. 2nd I was charged more than once for service calls that didn't happen. been calling them for a month for a refund still haven't received it. was supposed to get a call from the local office to discuss it and a month later still no call
I spoke to a door to door salesman and once he convinced me to sign a Contract, I feel we were forgotten about. Aptive could be a really great Pest Control Company, but I think their lack of commitment and the Customer Service will be your downfall. After we signed the contract, the first Service went Okay. The guy was about 30 minutes late, but no big deal. After 45 days Aptive was suppose to call us to schedule a follow-up visit. That phone call never happened. Just recently signed up for their services. Have sent numerous emails, made several telephone calls (only to be on hold for over 20-30 minutes and still never reach anyone), scheduled time for a re-treatment on the app and have yet to be reached by anyone from this company. Will be canceling their service since they seem to not be able to service the customers that have signed up.
Had a super pushy salesman come to my door today, unsolicited. Wasted my time and didn't know what the word no meant.
RecommendedHad a re-service today to help deal with some peaky wasps. our specialist went above and beyond making sure to address multiple other areas we didn't even think to look. Always impressed with the attention to detail.
