We just had our first service. This has been some of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They keep you on hold for 20 plus minutes and then forces you to leave a voicemail and no one calls back. The sales guy told complete lies and now I can't get anyone on the phone. Do not recommend!
Salesmen do not respect social distancing or wear masks, and refuse to take a polite”no thank you” -or several. Had to close the door in his face. I would not recommend a company who allows these tactics; this is a clear show of disrespect to homeowners that has been exhibited towards many in our area.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Current Customer Support!!!!! I have been a customer of Aptive for over 2 years. Last week I discovered a large wasp next in my garage and a spider nest in my family room. I called to get service, stayed on the phone for 45 min. finally my call was answered. The person on the phone was nice, scheduled me for the next day at 6:00 pm for service as this was basically an emergency. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They take advantage of the elderly. Even why you send in writing your cancellation per the contract, they continue to show up and harass you. You can’t cancel over the phone because no one answers. Thank GOD my parents were smart enough not to give a credit card

I have scheduled a retreat ment as they say they will come back free to retreat if needed. it has been Needed! I scheduled twice on their app since calling i was on hold for long periods each time I called no one ever answered. The treatments do not seem to last long. their next scheduled is in Sept. I prefer to cancel! I found the attached article. They did tell me they treat my neighbors for certain pest. My neighbors said not true! 😡.
Aptive is slow, with services that don't seem to actually do anything. When they show up (the first time they just didn't show!) it consistently takes 10 days to get someone out to my property. I'm not going to wait 10 days to start taking care of a fire ant infestation, which means I'll end up spending more money trying to treat it myself in the meantime. RecommendedWe were away when serviced on 8/6 but when we returned it was obvious the service was performed by Miguel Oquendo who has been here before. We are very happy with the service.
I usually don’t have a problem with this company but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone so I can schedule an appointment. They take my money but I can’t even get a callback. I guess it will be time to cancel service. I do not recommend this company!
