Worst customer service care ever! Waiting month for equipment. Cannot get valid answers from anyone. All you get is the run around after multiple phone calls. What a shame!
The lack of customer service and patient care from this company was unbelievable. I would never recommend this company to anyone! My newborn was on oxygen from the hospital, our doctor ordered a pulse oximeter for us to have to track her levels. We waited 3+ weeks and called daily for updates and never received our equipment. How a company who's job it is to provide medical equipment is still in business with this level of care is beyond me! I feel like they endangered the health of my child and should NOT be trusted!

Worst customer service. They never call back. They are absolutely the worst !! Give them no business ever ! Go somewhere else.
absolutely horrible customer service. this is supposed to be an insurance agency that eases your burden during times of stress yet all they are worried about is their bottom line.
my husband is terminally I'll with cancer. his dr ordered a portable concentrator you refused to process order till past due balance of 77.00 was paid. I paid it only to be told you still would not process due to another supposed balance of which even the rep I was speaking with could not see. to deny someone that is terminal with insurance is just beyond my understanding.
Without my authorization, they automatically withdrew the money out of my bank account even though everything was covered by insurance.
The absolute worst!! They lie, string patients along with excuses and do not follow through. My mom was discharged from the hospital with metastatic breast cancer and needed a bed. She never received one and still hadn’t after 3 days. We contacted a different company and got it THE SAME day.
