The WORSTin Olympia WA this guy was a complete asshole!! I mean asshole!! He says..don’t get upset if we don’t have what you need!!I won’t put up with you being upset!! Before we could even finish our sentence about the RX being faxed twice!! Can’t believe what horrible people that are!!
My mom is on oxygen therapy for COPD, and of course Apria is the company she's had to work with to get her supplies. Our experience began in May when she couldn't be released from the hospital until Apria had delivered her oxygen to the home. Several calls were made by the medical staff and our family to get this scheduled. It took 4 hours before customer service was able to locate the medical order (which was sent over several times). cpap machine broken, have to wait for new one to be approved. they do not have loaners available to use. just want to know who my wife can sue if I die because of the sleep apnea while I'm waiting.
Horrible customer service. Faulty non working equipment. Puts people’s lives in danger
Customer service is non existant. They cannot bother to look at much less fill an order in less than a week. Still waiting on a wheelchair that was ordered as I was leaving the hospital nearly 2 weeks ago.
complete fraudulent health care company. sent cpap machine without mask after a 2 week wait. customer service says a prescription separate from the one for the machine will have to called in before mask can be sent.
apria pretty much sucks .. first they put the wrong phone number on the paperwork to contact them. call .. on hold. told to dial the number I was on .. really? Obviously these people are 5 cans short of a 6 pack. Call again. explain .. again... 5 days and I am not in the system.. call again .. get blind transferred to a full voice mail box.
