Worst customer service- and even worse business model. Thats right- they arent a healthcare provider- they are a business- they dont care about your health- they care about how much money they can bill you for before you even realize it. would NEVER recommend. If your doctor selected them as a medical provider- PLEASE try to find someplace else!!!!
My Mom had surgery 6 weeks ago..... she's been needing her hospital bed for 6 weeks.... they say something different every time we call... no sense of urgency... they offer no help. The managers are no better help than their reps... My mom is still no closer to getting her bed after 2 major spine surgeries ( from very tp to very bottom) ... ....i'm about to call again and hear the next lie hoping that one day they take care of their customers.....
Unbelievable incompetence. Dangerously so. After 4 calls, over an hour on the phone, transfered multiple times. I give up. They "lost" my prescription twice. Even though I have a confirming fax it was received. They are saying they can't provide the equipment on my prescription through insurance? I give up, and will find a competent supplier for my CPAP.
STAY AWAY!!!
My experience with Apria Healthcare has been nightmarish. In 2016, I needed receipts to pass on to my FSA and to this day do not have them. I will never, ever do business with them again. They are great at taking your money, but their customer service is just plain awful.
Worst company ever.....they bill you for things you never ordered....ship it to you.....tell you they will have someone come by to pick it up....you wait all day then call back again only to be told it’s cost prohibitive for them to pick it up and a credit will be issued. Still waiting on the so called credit! Nothing but lies from this company and their staff of idiots. A dozen phone calls so far and they refuse to fix their mistake. Still waiting for my order to be processed I had my sleep study done over a month ago I’ve been a customer for 22 years this is very frustrating to say the least. I’m considering changing providers at this point
How could Apria Healthcare imrove? Learn and instill ethics into your company....something you deeply lacking! This company is a band of thieves, taking advantage of elderly Veterans, locking them into contracts and then billing them for equipment when the leave and try to return said equipment. Pathetic, at best!!!
