This company has failed to provide the equipment ordered by a physician for three days. They are compromising the health of my mom. This company has promised to come exchange the broken equipment they delivered for three days with no one ever showing up. Poor company to use for someone with O2 needs. The customer service told us that the exchange of the broken O2 machine they delivered Friday was a low priority.
Your service is a joke and you as a company doesn’t care because you are the only player in the game. My husband could have come home from the hospital if Apria ever did anything right but with all my dealings with this company forget it , it’s never right

Shitty customer service, I returned a called from them while on the phone with them I was given 3 different amounts that I owe for a 2nd delivery when I didnt even received the 1st.
They could improve if they go out of business. They are useless.Two and a half months of giving us the runaround and still no cpap machine. Go elsewhere. You don't deserve the aggravation.
Just stood at the window for 10 minutes! Just shouted hello and a person around the corner said hello and that she was on a break and will see if she can find someone to help me! Absolutely terrible. I received my equipment in April 2018; received a bill after it was submitted for insurance and paid through my "pay your provider" link on my insurance company website in June 2018; received a call at the end of June from Apria stating I hadn't paid. I told them that I did in fact pay. In August 2018 after yet another bill, I reached out to my insurance company who provided "Mark" in Dayton Ohio with copies of the cashed checks that showed I paid back in June.
