Absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with! Zero customer service! Errors in my 17 month olds feeding supplies every month! Even filed incorrectly to insurance for 15 months, then sent me the bill rather than fixing their issue! Thank God for a good insurance company!

it seems there is no option to speak with my local Apria office, and the only people I have found through their automated call system are people that do not speak recognizable English. Time to find another supplier for my Cpap equipment!
RecommendedApria Healthcare is one of the best Durable Medical companies out there. Nobody’s perfect but with patience and trying to understand the process of paperwork, Apria did an excellent job at making sure my dad got his bipap as quickly as possible.
Sends wrong supplies. Charged me $90+ for a $30+ item. The absolute worst!!!
The absolute worst customer service. I have been waiting for a respiratory therapist to call me back since 10/22/18. It is now 10/23/18 10:55 pm, no return call as of yet. My cpap machine is not recording the usage at all. The company is the worst of the worst. I would not recommend this company to anyone...
How could Apria improve? They should start all over! Their customer service is horrible... and they don't seem to care! All of their processes are geared toward minimizing work for themselves, leaving customers totally in the dark. I'm definitely changing providers... looking forward to never doing business with them again!
I don’t normally do this but I am beyond livid right now. My preemie son needed oxygen & a pulse ox. I was told early last week that someone would definitely be at my house on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon rolls around so I decided to call & check if someone was coming because I hadn’t heard from the driver. I was told on 3 different phone calls that the driver was on his way. This is the worst DME company, and the only one I can use with my insurance. It's been an ongoing nightmare with billing, they have incorrect codes and my insurance company never gets the claims, whatever other nonsense they keep telling me. They are a nightmare. They are threatening me with collections agencies. All for the fact that they're trying to milk thousands of dollars out of a $200 dollar wheelchair.
