When u have an emergency there is no one to call
Awful can’t even begin to describe our experience with your company. Waiting to be discharged from hospital and they keep claiming that they have not received the doctors orders. They received the orders. Their incompetent staff just doesn’t clearly know how to input the orders. It is beyond ridiculous. This company makes lincare look good and that’s not a compliment.
If you ever have to get medical supplies, such as medically necessary nutritional food to keep your medically fragile child ALIVE, Do not go through Apria healthcare! After over a month calling, fighting, being told her food is being expedited several times, going without her food and having to purchase it all out of pocket for the last 2 weeks ,all the while Apria has had an approval in the supply company’s system from insurance that they will cover everything, but they just wouldn’t send it. Terrible service. We've been promised no less than 10 different delivery times in the last 24 hours. 20 minute wait times on the phone. Inaccurate info on the website. Misinformation by reps.
HELL NO! The worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. When you finally get someone on the phone, They are in 10 buck 2! I never get to talk to the person who actually services my machine.
really my husband got cpap from you and we paid 60.00 which was 20% of put insurance. They state we will pay 50.00 rental fee for 12 months he thinks. Then a maintained fee what the hell. The machine he got is 883.00 brand new. if I hadnt met my deductible for 20% it was 300 plus 600 for 12 months and maintenance fee. I am having my insurance call them Monday and returning the machine. I have never heard of paying rent for cpap and never owning it
