Apria healthcare has the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. They withhold formula and feeding supplies based on account balances pending with insurance. They file fraudulent insurance claims and try and bill you for what insurance does not cover. Never ever give them your credit card information! It’s shameful how they prey on the medically needy.
Customer service is terrible. They also never delivered the product that we ordered in a critical situation.
Wow, I only get 50 characters... dont outsource your call center to the 3rd world.
Not be Apria would be the best way to improve. Shut it all down and build it from scratch.
Where is the negative star? So sick of being told my items are on backorder when 45 days later I still don't have them.
Customer Service is terrible with this company. NOt only have I been jerked around for a week with no answers, but have been on hold for over 1.5 hours and been disconnected numerous times today.
Make sure to record your conversations with this company for legal & quality assurance & records. They told us my mothers Humana no longer covers her supplies yet Humana told us that wasn't the case at all. They did this to make a 66 year old woman pay double for her Tracheal supplies ordered 9 days ago. Thank god I record all calls with Apria after reading their horrible reviews. Have their own employee out right lying. Had to go to another company to get the supplies after an ambulance trip to the ER because they never sen... read more
