I have had my CPAP machine and they come up with every excuse of why they cannot send me the supplies needed every few months. Only once did I get some new supplies but it was from my doctors office NOT them.
went into my bank account and took my money and I don't have money to pay for bills. I only authorized a payment plan for a certain amount of money per month now I don't have food or money to pay my light bill or mortgage.
My husband was getting his sleep apnea equipment from them. Without reason, after months of billing just the co-pay, they claimed our insurance didn’t cover the equipment. False according to my insurance company. After months of going back and forth and getting nowhere, I now receive a notice from a collections agency. My mom was discharged from the nursing home yesterday. I called customer service. The walker and the bedside commode are on back order. They don't know when the items will be in. What is my mom supposed to do while she is waiting? Not go to the bathroom???? Do not use this company! You are better off going to Walmart!
I have spent hours on the phone trying to get Apria to stop billing my husband for equipment he never had. Always the same run around-a transfer to some department that doesn’t answer the phone. My next step will be to advise the insurer that Apria is double billing them. Perhaps they have more leverage than a mere customer...
Their service is horrific. Worst company I have ever faced. Their mistakes and misinformation literally cost me thousands of dollars. And all along all they want to do is try to push more product on you. This is an awful company.
Wow! Been home from hospital waiting patiently for my oxygen to arrive... NOPE. And to make things worse, been on hold for ONE HOUR AND 38 MINUTES. Battery finally died. Absolutely THE WORST customer service ever. Oh yah... this is after spending more than one hour on the phone with APRIA yesterday trying to coordinate today.
