If I can give negative stars, I would. WORST COMPANY EVER. They have been pressuring for payment but REFUSE to send a detailed invoice. They keep pressuring for a credit card but won't show you what you are paying for. These people should be out of business. They are ripping off the insurance companies BLIND. Customer service is far from that - they hang up on you.
Horrible customer service. Stay away. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future.
Better hope you don't have a change of insurance. I've been trying to change my insurance for almost 4 months, and now attempting to get a refund of the over $1000 they charged to my credit card 3 months ago.

If there were a way to give fewer than one star, I would. Never on time. Never the correct equipment. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. It really sucks that companies like this are entrusted by insurance carriers to supply anything to anyone, let alone life-sustaining equipment to desperate patients.
Terrible company. I had to call CS three times and each time was connected to someone who spoke nearly no English and with very poor phone reception. I was left guessing the pump would get delivered, despite having the order placed back in February of 2017, my baby was born in MAY 2017. After calling three times, hearing different excuses and in such a thick Spanish accent I couldn't figure out if my order was still in process. Big shout out to Apria who has had my premature infant daughter on the same oxygen tubing since her birth on November 2nd. They have sent it least five people to my house, that have shown up unannounced with the wrong oxygen tubing. The best part was the delivery gentleman that told me that they will never carry tubing it will fit my premature infant and my best bet was to just continue to wash the tubing out with vinegar and water. Can't get through to customer service. If I do I have to be transferred. Orders got cancelled for no reason and our daughter is not on a monitor for days. Promised calls never happen and apparently no one has access to what exactly they supply. Overall - ridiculous !! Very bad customer service.
At the end I was very unhappy with the service!!!!
