I have been a customer since 2015. Since then I have had nothing but bad experiences. Most recent issue is charges to my account from 2016 that were never billed before May 2018. During my initial walk through/contract signing I was informed that after renting the CPAP machine for one year it would be converted to sale and I would own it. Order mistakes. Every time
Choosing Apria is a mistake!!!!!! Do not do it!!! Apria Healthcare has not stopped cheating Medicare, Health Insurance Companies, and their current and former patients!!!!!!! 3 years ago I selected another provider for BiPap supplies and equipment and still Apria has been billing both my insurance and myself for services and equipment not provided!!!!!! The latest fraud is over $1852.44 billed to me on 7/28/2018 for ‘Services and equipment’ supposedly shipped on 5/17, 6/17, 7/17, 2018!!! Of course there was no shipment made ... read more
Terribly incompetent. They called me repeatedly to verify an order, every time they told me it was shipping. The supplies arrived a couple of days after I left town even though I ordered several weeks in advance. Then they sent a bill that was well beyond what my insurance said my responsibility was. After navigating foreign call centers I finally got an American that told me the bill was not my responsibility and not to pay it. They even refunded the amount I had paid. I was sent home with a hospital grade breast pump December 31st 2017. I switched insurance companies Jan 1st 2018 and the breast pump wasn't covered, so I called Apria and worked out with them that I would pay cash monthly to rent the breast pump. Then all of a sudden I was charges $1,100 by them. I called and they told me that I own the breast pump and could not pick it up....What?????
