Nursing skill facility requested a commode, wheelchair and a shower transfer bench. the requests was done a week before of release and after many calls to the insurance, all doctors, also Apria useless. Two weeks wasted of time between the insurance, doctors and mine. Not counting take washcloth baths all these time. WORST COMPANY EVER. Insurance complaint submitted to drop contract with them.
Difficult to get supplies. Calls are transferred repeatedly. I’m changing to Lincare.

Apria has been wonderful to work with to get all my 02 equipment needs met. They even went to my primary care doctors office and trained them on equipment and 02 information that usually only my pulmonolgist is knowledgable of.
Better customer service!!! The representative doesn't understand what I'm saying. Been trying for months to get a machine that works, mine keeps breaking down. Even got a new prescription from my doctor. Wants me to pay for the new machine because the broken machine is under 3 years old? Also want me to pay to have the broken machine repaired. Have had 2 water containers sent but a couple of months later have to cover all the furniture with a towel because it leaks so bad. Now the humidifier doesn't work. Been using the leak... read more
Worst customer service.
been making my pymt each month never a problem always received my supplies all of a sudden they call me and refuse to send my supplies . cant understand thier call people 90 % of the time very poor customer service will be getting a new supplier wont recommended to anyone
Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. It's been three weeks waiting for a $25 face mask with daily call from them not only to myself but to my doctors office claiming they are missing documents and with each call Apria adds another layer of problems that didn't exist before. Today after speaking to another supervisor after being told that I have no orders I'm told there os no problem with my account and there is no reason my order shouldn't be filled.
