Horrible customer service. They never get the orders right and then don’t answer your questions when you call. Then have the nerve to ask where your payment is when you just got the statement yesterday. Going to find a new supplier. I’m just done!!!!
You continue to bill me after I have returned equipment. I had to make at least a half dozen calls. Returned machine in August and you still want money from me. How do I get this to stop?
Provide a local number for immediate help. I live in Macon, Georgia and get linked up with someone in India who cannot help me. Getting letters saying I owe, finally got someone to say I had a zero balance, got a letter that I was going to be billed because you didn't get correspondence form Dr. about follow-up after Cpap use for a month, asked me to contact Dr. and his office says they need to hear from you! Worst customer service experience every time. Been waiting on an order of supplies since September and still nothing. Have called 17 times and hung up on 6 while put on hold. Always an apology, they say the order will be sent to escalation department, they have received authorizations and I will receive my supplies in 48 hrs ... nothing .... Billing services transactions are done out out the country. Their products and services or good, it’s the accounts payable is horrible. They repeat everything 4 to 5 times over the phone. It’s not only uncomfortable, in regards to theft, but my phone’s battery has died and reception has dropped the call. There has to be a better way to pay them. I failed at the internet access as well.

Worst customer service ever. They routinely hang up on you when you call and they charged us for items we didn’t receive and then kept refusing to remove the items from our bill
Patients beware - for months Apria Healthcare has been fraudulently trying to charge my credit card for inoperable equipment they refused to correct. This company is super shady in my opinion. Lots of lies from Apria. Also because of there shady practices I have been out of a working cpap for months. They billed and tied up my insurance so I no longer have insurance to us with a reputable company. Apria doesn’t care about people just their money. Run from this company
They do not send supplies when requested. They also fought with me about sending my 86 year old grandfather a bill. One person said they would send him a bill, other people said they could not send him a paper bill. I have had countless calls with the "customer service" department to not get anything resolved.
