Terrible customer service. They keep you on hold forever, they keep transferring your call from one person to another. Not a single member could explain why my parents have still ongoing bills despite them closing their accounts with Apria since June, 2018.
Ha!!! Fire everyone and start over!!

My dr contacted Apria Nov 29 2018, to order knee scooter. Apria calls me on Dec 4 and leaves a voicemail to call them. I was at work as unable when they call. I call them back as soon as I was able. I was then told my order was canceled because I didn’t answer when they called. My surgery was Dec 5. They tell me they will reinstate the order and call me Dec 5. Absolutely worst customer care I have ever experienced in my life! I tried to call them about an unauthorized charge on my credit card and they hung up on me. So I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Don't ever ever given them your credit card info. Their logo is a joke. Should be working to NOT improve the health...
Worse company for service and follow through that I have ever dealt with! Hoping they pull through tonight or tomorrow for an order placed almost a month ago!!

i placed an order in Oct 2017. no problem ( I thought). i repeated that order in 6/2018. no problem ( I thought) . i got a bill in September for almost $900! Said my insurance rejected the charge last year! it would have been nice top know before placing another order. Thing is, my insurance paid it. No amount of calls worked. i even had (at their request) my health insurance call them. so, my insurance tells me is been handled. I just got another bill, this time for almost $500. i only owe $84. reading the other reviews and their failure to do any about it, it appears that screwing customer is policy in this company. Awful Customer service, I am stuck now with a bill because the "customer service rep" failed to do her job and provided me with incorrect information, didn't follow instructions, I asked that the order not be put through until I"m informed of what my financial responsibilities would be.
