Joke of a company with atrocious customer service. I suppose they must have a monopoly on providing oxygen. so they therefore do not have to do as they say. Here is my sequence with them: 1) Scheduled a pick-up for prior to November 30th. They scheduled December 6th. 2) After a new date was scheduled, I was notified that I would receive a call in the morning with specifics 3) Call never occured, so I called for info and specified that they need to call my cell prior to arrival, as I was not at location. 4) The online ETA sud... read more

This company has absolutely no customer service representatives in the United States. They were extremely unhelpful in trying to resolve our situation. We tried for 2 months to get my father an oxygen machine. We still do not have it. We are going with another provider. Do not recommend!

This place is a joke. I felt like I was being scammed the entire time I was working with them. I will be checking my credit card transactions on an ongoing basis just to be sure.

Terrible customer service. Milked me for extra money. Phone reps are rude. Took over nine hours to deliver a wheelchair that was promised in four hours. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Apria Customer service and authorization dept. need to learn and comprehend English language being that they are based in the Philippines. After 1 1/2 months trying to get DME Equipment and a threat to file a lawsuit, was told Apria and Humana doesn't cover the DME equipment I needed.

Placed an order 10days ago for my daughter's formula and supplies. Order has still not shipped because they haven't gotten authorization from the insurance because they keep sending the authorization to the wrong insurance company. I've had some customer service reps talk down to me and hang up on me, have had some reps lie to me about the order. Would bbe bad enough if this only happened once but this has been going on for years with only 2 people ther actually trying to get things resolved. if you have another option you w... read more

WORST call center on earth!!! You have to push dozens of numbers to speak to a human and then that person is clueless. Then they eventually hang up on you with no resolution to your needs. Total BS.

Nightmare experience with Humana Medicare Advantage First, my mom gets discharged home after back surgery without any equipment and zero therapy. She did not walk much the previous year and muscles are very weak. I repeatedly told staff that - apparently Humana thought she was ok to go home. She was with me from monday thru Friday - thinking someone trying to kill her and keep her locked in a cold dark basement. Kept getting out of bed and fell twice.
