reading the other reviews and their failure to do any about it, it appears that screwing customer is policy in this company. Awful Customer service, I am stuck now with a bill because the "customer service rep" failed to do her job and provided me with incorrect information, didn't follow instructions, I asked that the order not be put through until I"m informed of what my financial responsibilities would be. Fire some employees! Look at all the terrible comments!
I absolutely hate working with Apria. Not only can you rarely talk to anyone from the US, no one calls you back, they ship stuff out without speaking to the patient and then deliver to wrong addresses. I refuse to get any supplies from Apria and would rather struggle financially and pay out of pocket then deal with Apria and their staff. They are the WORST DME company I’ve ever dealt with. Oh and if you call, expect to waste at least an hour of your time on hold.
Horrid customer service, unorganized company.
My Mother is a lung patient who can never get what she needs. Been waiting on nebulizer equipment for over a month. She had a friend who had an unopened kit who let her use it. If not for that my Mom could not do Her 3-4 times a day treatment. Sometimes Her oxygen s even delivered late or She has to call and reorder! You would think that they would care that most of their patients lives depend on their equipment. We live in TN. Good thing she can finally switch companies! Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service. They sent a supply I specifically said I didn't need. I've called twice before and just spent 12 min. on hold for billing dept. only to be disconnected twice. This is just the most recent instance of terrible service!!!!

Joke of a company with atrocious customer service. I suppose they must have a monopoly on providing oxygen. so they therefore do not have to do as they say. Here is my sequence with them: 1) Scheduled a pick-up for prior to November 30th. They scheduled December 6th. 2) After a new date was scheduled, I was notified that I would receive a call in the morning with specifics 3) Call never occured, so I called for info and specified that they need to call my cell prior to arrival, as I was not at location. 4) The online ETA sud... read more
