Start by not calling and threatening collections when I can't find an amount due. Don't even try to call because you can't understand their call center people. I have even filed harassment complaint with the FCC once to get the calls to stop.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. They need to stop out-sourcing overseas and keep it here because they don't know how to operate off script.
They sent the wrong headgear for a cpap. Called customer service, was transferred 4 times, was on the phone 49 minutes. The off shore rep didn’t understand English and the rep in America shouted at me and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Went online, used the chat function to try to get help and was referred back to cpap customer service, from whence I just came. Ugh!
They keep billing us $15 that was already paid by the insurance company. I have called their customer service and it's located in the Philippines. I can't seem to talk to someone in the US. Each time I speak with someone different, the amount due is from a different month. I've mailed proof that all billings have been paid. But, they are not listening. They are the worst to deal with.
Absolutely horrible company. I’ve been trying to get help for my 2 year old to get her breathing machine all day today. I can’t seem to speak to anyone who understands what I’m saying and they are horrible at customers service. I requested a supervisor and was hung up on.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Completely frustrating to deal with and no one in an actual local office to help.
Worst company I've ever dealt with for customer service. They said you're the best part of Apria but they don't care. I was forced to use them by my insurance despite having local options in network (Apria has no local office) that the doctor requested. They expected me to drive two hours each way for a CPAP machine mask fitting when I have a place 10 minutes away that I was supposed to go to. NOPE. Apria charges a ridiculous markup for their CPAP supplies. To give one example, they charged $690 recently for 5 replacement "nasal pillows," which are simple pieces of molded silicone. Fortunately I have health insurance and the insurer adjusted the price down to $75, an 89% discount.
