Apria drivers should stop using their phone while driving
Apria has terrible customer service and so many phone numbers and locations it's difficult to resolve a problem. They may tape the phone conversations but I don't think it's to improve customer service!! They've charged my credit card for fees I am not responsible for. Still trying to correct. Also they've picked up some equipment we no longer use but are still calling me to reorder tubing, masks, etc. Sending me bills demanding I return equipment they already have. They are a nightmare to deal with.
Husband's doctor sent prescription for C-Pap replacement parts to get new mask and hose. Company did nothing for over a month and ever called. Then another month went by and still no mask. Supposedly it has finally been sent but still nothing. He needed this part months ago -- this company has endangered his health not helped it. Still waiting...... This company should lose its standing with Medicare in Colorado!!!!

My dad needs oxygen and they were already days late, but then kept pushing the schedule out to 1 am! Who does that?!
I have never dealt with so many incompetent, indifferent people in my life!! Truly, they are infuriating to deal with. I don't recommend this company.
I was charged without authorization because they did not have the correct insurance Info this was back in August. I have called almost weekly and still do not have the money they quickly removed from my account. When I call I get excuses why the refund has not been sent. I will be looking for another supplier for my husband cpap supplies.
They should stop robbing people !!
I will never understand why these people cannot work with your Dr or your Dr can't work with them. The worst customer service, I have ever experienced. I feel so sorry for the Elderly people for having to deal with insurance companies, doctor and supply vendors.
