Apria needs to wait until insurance is processed and then bill people for whatever isn't covered. going and taking $253.16 out of a person's bank account without warning and not waiting for insurance to process and without a bill. that amount has been paid from my HRA account. So now you say I have to wait to get my money back that you took falsely from me. that was my food and gas money for the rest of the month.

I cannot even say to run the other way if you need home healthcare services!!! I have been attempting to resolve my bill for over a year and they STILL call me to “help me resolve my bill”- I have called countless times as has my insurance and every time we get different answers! The local office won’t help me and I am at a loss. It is a mess and every time I call they ask me to if I want to add a credit card to my account to ease payment!!! NO FREAKING WAY!!! Terrible customer service. Not a single claim has made it to my insurance company this past year. I’ve called multiple times, but have not been able to find someone that could explain the issue nor how to resolve it. I’ve verified my insurance information and had my insurance company and my doctor contact them, to no avail. Actually deliver equipment in a timely manner, and not leave an old woman without the wheelchair that she needs to get around with after surgery!

You’re company took over 3000 dollars from my checking acct without notification. When I called they stated that my insurance was rejected. I had two calls from this company that were suspect. The first call was confusing. I was called back & spoke with someone that did not leave the initial message. He stated they would call me back because he was unsure of what the issue was. Horrible customer service, they called me and told me that my medical equipment was covered 100% and would be delivered. Then when it wasn’t delivered I called to see what was going on, apparently they canceled my equipment order because they don’t have a contract with the insurance company I use. Did they call to inform me about the cancellation, nope 👎. The lady I spoke to was rude and uncaring. So much for ever getting my business again.
