Unprofessional attitude and lack of caring for those who depend on oxygen. Do not use this company if you have to depend on them for oxygen. They don’t care if you can breath. Terrible customer service.
My sister has stage 4 copd. They said they sent new tubing by fed ex but she never received it. When she asked to speak to the manager, the customer rep hung up on her. Her tubing cracked and in desperate need. Don’t trust them! This happened in Vallejo, CA today!
Horrible, unprofessional service. Call center service is clueless, useless.
Apria Healthcare is very unresponsive to patient needs. My tubing for my oxygen from my air condenser split. I called a week ago Wednesday for a replacement. I am at stage 4 COPD. I need my oxygen. First they said yesterday it was coming today UPS. I called them when I didn’t receive it and I was told it was coming FedX. I need new tubing and I was a little upset that Pamela told they might have to place a new order. I said they should send someone over here with new tubing to replace the defective tubing. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was told that my cpap machine would arrive within 5-7 days. I go on vacation, and get a call that I'm in violation if the agreement with my insurance company. I'm required to use the machine at least 4-5 hours per night. I dont have it to use, I said. BTW, how do you know that I'm not using it? Terrible customer service!!! Don't waste your time!!!
If your looking to waste time and get absolutely nothing done, this is the place to call! My 4yr old son broke his leg and I’ve been calling everyday to check the process of my sons wheelchair. Every time I called it was a different excuse. First they were missing the Rx, so I submitted it same day. Next, they were just missing my sons height and weight to make sure they order the right size wheelchair. Then it was my “insurances” fault for taking too long to process the authorization. I returned my CPAP machine and they continue to bill me and my insurance for 2 months longer and I’m still trying to get it clearer up. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
