Terrible customer service. Not a single claim has made it to my insurance company this past year. I’ve called multiple times, but have not been able to find someone that could explain the issue nor how to resolve it. Actually deliver equipment in a timely manner, and not leave an old woman without the wheelchair that she needs to get around with after surgery!
You’re company took over 3000 dollars from my checking acct without notification. When I called they stated that my insurance was rejected. I had two calls from this company that were suspect. The first call was confusing. I was called back & spoke with someone that did not leave the initial message. He stated they would call me back because he was unsure of what the issue was. Horrible customer service, they called me and told me that my medical equipment was covered 100% and would be delivered. Then when it wasn’t delivered I called to see what was going on, apparently they canceled my equipment order because they don’t have a contract with the insurance company I use. Did they call to inform me about the cancellation, nope 👎. The lady I spoke to was rude and uncaring. So much for ever getting my business again.
Get on board with their customer service, stop the lies, have supervisors available to help and for god's sake communicate!
They don't care about their patients, just their money. They take too long on the phone with holds and transfers. Trying to get results sent to my doctor or employer is ridiculous like no one seems to have the info I need. The process to return a machine and get a new one takes way too long.
if you like being tossed around a phone tree call these guys, Dont expect clear English to be spoken then after 45 minutes hung up on, I wont recommend these people for anyone
Company processing of claims in ridiculous, they say they are going to do something then don't do it. Might be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
