Go out of business. You can not handle a simple order. HIPA needs to investigate your practices and records because you can not keep track of anything. I have used Apria for about 10 years but recently they closed the local office. Now everything has to go to their call center where ever that is and their service has gone non existent. They really rate a ZERO star but I don't see that option. I have been working on getting CPAP supplies since January 11, 2019. PLAIN OLD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IF THEY CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU. Bad experience with my CPAP parts and not being able to get them without too much hassle. Now, wanting to just return the CPAP, being told I can't WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION!!!!! Good grief! They are threatening to charge me - for the issues their bad service made happen. Ugh.

This company has messed up my husbands CPAP order four times. The customer service is terrible; you get transferred a bunch of times, they can’t seem to get the order correct and in turn we get charged for supplies we don’t need and can’t use. Once we were told the items couldn’t be returned and had to eat the cost. It is truly a disgrace.

Can’t get an answer in the billing office and their regular customer service is outsourced. No way to run a medical supply business.

It is so difficult to get to a human. When we order supplies they say we are eligible and all is good will send out the supplies. Then a couple days later they call and say that Medicare is requiring more information. Medicare has all our info and no one at Apria could answer my questions and the customer service reps were rude. We still do not know if our supplies are on the way. I am so tired of holding an hour before I can talk to a human.

Horrible service have been a customer for at least 14 years having trouble with cpap machine not working and is still a rental and cannot get it taken care of after 9 calls to customer service and not getting anywhere am going to MD and get a new prescription and going to a different company

Phone system is atrocious ! Customer service is even more disgusting. Its as if they're operating out of a small basement.. along with out of country outsource

Get rid of your automated line and actually have people in this country answer calls and provided the services you promise. Perhaps care about your patients and understand that they need oxygen ASAP!!!!
