I would not recommend Apria health care .they have been billing me over $1000 instead of my insurance company and they can’t figure out how to fix it! So I’m stuck with paying it. I have called them many many times.Next I will turn them in to the better business bureau
If I could give CRAPria (Apria) a worse review, I would. I have had nothing but problems since I was placed with them in September 2018 when I received my feeding tube. They have left me without nutrition several times and have dropped the ball on my formula, enteral bags, and other feeding tube supplies MANY times. I am feeding tube dependent and Apria has put me through misery trying to get enteral feeding supplies ordered on time. I've been trying to get a CPAP machine through them since November 2018. This company is a joke and doesn't know what they are doing when requesting authorization from insurance companies and medical groups. I've gotten my insurance company involved as well as a Supervisor from my medical group and your representatives keep trying to blame them saying they are the ones not responding to your company's request. Horrible experience with Apria. When my Mother n law was put on oxygen she-not only needed home care but also needed POC. Her doc wrote a prescription for a POC back in Dec,Apria told me it’ll take a month to process the whole thing. It’s been over a month and they are saying it’ll be another month... what the heck? I’ve been on the phone with them every day. Trying to figure out as to why’re taking so long. Worst customer service EVER. Left a voicemail yesterday 1/23/19 stating the a knee scooter/walker would be delivered between 11-20, while were at the surgery center, had someone sit at our house to wait for delivery that never came. Told today 1/24/19 That the equipment was on backorder even though it was out for delivery the previous day?!? Called several DOZEN times and for the same run around
Your company is the worst and haven’t even had a delivery yet. Your customer service reps are CLUELESS!! I have worked for Medicaid for over 20 years and this is absolutely the WORST I have had to deal with in obtaining my father oxygen!! If you’re in NJ, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filing complaints with Medicare, banking & insurance, the State and anyone else who will listen.
My husband ordered a new mask in March of 2018, we did not get a bill until mid-December 2018, with a billing date of 12/7/2018. I submitted our debit card information, as payment of said invoice, on 12/21/2018. We then received another bill (for the same amount) on 1/7/2019.
