Horrible, unprofessional service. Call center service is clueless, useless.
Apria Healthcare is very unresponsive to patient needs. My tubing for my oxygen from my air condenser split. I called a week ago Wednesday for a replacement. I am at stage 4 COPD. I need my oxygen. First they said yesterday it was coming today UPS. I called them when I didn’t receive it and I was told it was coming FedX. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was told that my cpap machine would arrive within 5-7 days. I go on vacation, and get a call that I'm in violation if the agreement with my insurance company. I'm required to use the machine at least 4-5 hours per night. I dont have it to use, I said. BTW, how do you know that I'm not using it? Terrible customer service!!! Don't waste your time!!!
If your looking to waste time and get absolutely nothing done, this is the place to call! My 4yr old son broke his leg and I’ve been calling everyday to check the process of my sons wheelchair. Every time I called it was a different excuse. First they were missing the Rx, so I submitted it same day. Next, they were just missing my sons height and weight to make sure they order the right size wheelchair. Then it was my “insurances” fault for taking too long to process the authorization. I returned my CPAP machine and they continue to bill me and my insurance for 2 months longer and I’m still trying to get it clearer up. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
The absolute worse customer service. I started to write out my most recent problem with them and realized a Stephen King novel would be shorter. Just the bullets: 1. Confusing billing 2. Incomplete CPAP orders 3. Attempted delivery when I was still in the hospital 4. Maintenance showing up with no appt 5. Maintenance not showing up at all 6. Rude drivers 7. This company is a sham. Sends out equipment that’s not even set up correctly and then after HOURS spent on phone with customer service STILL has no resolution. And then a year later, sends you a bill for the equipment due to non-compliance. And won’t reverse billing. Will be submitting a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Thumbs DOWN.
