Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They have turned our account to collections even though we have made payment and can show it has been pulled from our bank account. Their answer...just pay the collection agency. DO NOT use Apria.

First, hung up on multiple times on calls in to exchange out tanks for oxygen and other issues. Secondly, your customer service reps are horrid at listening, talking over me when attempting to explain situation. Elaine is one of the horrible ones. Hung up on twice today alone. No one seems interested in solving problems. Been told totally incorrect information by reps. Can't seem to get to the people we need to talk to, always hard to understand customer service reps. No managers ever when asked. Told 'No" over the phone. St... read more

Telephone calls for various reasons, hung up on multiple times. Overseas reps very rude, giving out incorrect information, no show for oxygen concentrator after over 3 weeks of working on this issue with acute hospital, PCP, apria and insurance company. Extremely poor.

This place is horrible!! We have been waiting for CPAP replacement for six months. If you call the local office you are transported to a foreign country!! Constant run around with no one actually helping. The CPAP we have is “ end of life” we are switching to a different company.

It’s horrendous that I received no phone call to get things rolling on getting my CPAP and after I called the physicians office back I was given a number to call and then it takes weeks to get in for a class I don’t need on how to work a CPAP as I work with then daily! Thanks so much for continued horrible sleep! I just love it

Absolutely terrible customer service. People manning the telephones are unable to do anything other than read from the script. They are nasty, and will not put a supervisor on the phone when asked.
