This is a company full of dumb people. I yave been trying for almost 2 months to get a Cpap. i get we are shipping no you have be canceled and talk to the same department 3 times just this week. im glad its not urgent or I would be dead!
They are the worst, horrible customer service. Statements paid, representatives talking over me on the phone and telling me that once they send a detailed statement that I have agreed to pay in full before even looking at the detailed statement. I wish I didn’t have my CPAP through this company. Very unhappy with the service.
Trying to get set up for my CPAP and missed their call as it comes across unknown. Return the call and wait on hold for almost 45 minutes. The CSR could hardly be understood as English was not her first language. Then she had no idea what was going on. she kept asking me about my testing machine. I did a home sleep study. So all she did in the additional 10 minutes was put me on hold again to come back and tell me they had requested additional information from my Dr. Are you kidding me? Please report them to the BBB. The worse company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Dishonest and the worst Customer service. I'm a patient who has life-threatening Asthma and never received my needed Nebulizer equipment. Their customer service is the worst, dishonest and misleading. CS informed me the equipment was on its way 3 times and never arrived. Today they said they're just out of it. I will be filing a complaint with the BB. They are simply the worst. I agree with the complaints about terrible customer service. Not enough space here to elaborate on their unwillingness to correct the problems they create - or how their "information" systems do not coordinate information. Never again!
Ship equipment when promised and maitain equipment placed in homes. When your company put a Hoyer's lift in our home, the wrong parts were put on it. Now, we can't get it serviced and we can't get it removed. We can only assume your charging Medicaid a monthly fee to have it in our home.
worst customer service we have experienced. only reason why we used them? insurance dictates who to use.
