Probably the worst customer care I've ever dealt with... they have very few that you can even understand when it comes to discussing c-pap supplies... they need a definite overhaul... every experience is beyond frustrating...

Billing has been a nightmare and it means I'll never be a customer again in my life. Unfortunately, it appears that Apria has been filing fraudulent insurance claims for dates of service that I never received any services on. After repeated calls, nobody has been able to explain why, and told me not to worry since I don't have a balance due (though the funds are being paid out of a HSA on my behalf, so it's stealing "my" money!). United Healthcare sent me to Apria to get a pediatric wheelchair with elevated legs for my 5 year old daughter who broke her Tibia. She’s in a full leg cast. She CANNOT walk and I CANNOT carry her everywhere. After numerous calls and hours on the phone, my husband was advised that the wheelchair is back ordered!!! At this point I need a wheelchair and I Need someone from the Apria- USA to CALL ME!!! It should not be this hard to get a wheelchair for a temporary injury!!!!
I'm fighting for those who need oxygen supplies but can't pay. Apria has refused to send supplies for a $23 payment due. So I guess they prefer a person to stop breathing over $23 bill. Apathetic! Yep!

Took 6 weeks to get the leg attatchments to my mothers wheelchair and now that she has passed away and no longer need it, they keep telling me they’re coming to pick it up but never show. They have failed to pick it up on 2 appointments that I’ve sat at home all day waiting when I have more important things to take care of. Customer service is also the rudest people ever. Do not use this company. Completely unprofessional!
Apria is THE WORSE medical supply company of all time. Too many complaints over so many years for this platform. The ONLY reason we are still with them is because our insurance has a contract with them. Trying to get a change in equipment is a joke! I have been a customer of APRIA for over 5 yrs. My insurance # changed 1/1/19, I called to let them know but for some reason it wasn’t posted so they billed my credit card for my supplies $168. My insurance paid them quickly but they said it takes 7-21 days to refund me! It is Day 20, no refund yet! They are short over the phone and just repeat their policy over and over!
