Very bad customer service! My wife had her med file sent over prior to going in. On 4/9 she went in with a prescription for supplies and placed and order. The waiting began. She did not recieve a call from apria about her order but things happen. She called to check on 4/26 thinking maybe someone dropped the ball and didn't make a call. No one reached out to you? Save a life go out of business
Epic Fail #1&2: We started in January, finally received a concentrator in March, but no back-up oxygen in case of power outage. Epic Fail #3: Requested the portable concentrator the insurance company and the doctor had both approved, was told she couldn't have it until she turned 14 in September. So you know better than the Pediatric Pulmonologist AND the insurance company? And what is supposed to change between now and then? All medical professionals agree she's not growing anymore. Worse company ever. Bills do not match insurance EOB's. Cannot get supplies in a timely matter. Cannot pay online, they want you to call another country and give them your credit card number. I am stuck with them unntil October, due to insurance cpap rent to own deal, but I will never use them again.
Horrible customer service. They are lairs and have committed fraud! They contacted my husband to let him know that he was eligible for a new CPAP. They sent him the device, then billed him for it. My husband contacted the insurance company to see why the insurance didn't pay for it. The insurance company had my husband make an appointment with his doctor. Apria has all of their phone numbers rigged into one phone bank. I am guessing that it is in Bombay. Apria-Bombay has been selling their service based on the number of phone calls it receives. I have had 2 and exactly 2 questions in the last 3 weeks. I have spent 18 HOURS on the phone, mostly being dropped. I no longer have a count of exactly how many phone calls I have made, but 99% of the have been dropped by an inefficient phone system and ill-trained operators. Seriously the worst customer service ever. Took 6 mos to resolve a billing issue even though our insurance had called on our behalf several times. Billing service reps refused to transfer us to supervisors and one even hung up on us. If you have options choose another provider.
Is this a real company? The STOLE my money! The people who answer the phone NEVER let you speak to a supervisor. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. YOU NEVER HAD THE EQUIPMENT, THEREFORE YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE LIED AND TAKEN MY MONEY. 21 DAYS AND COUNTING. worst company ever. Double billing me. refusing to bill Insurance company, rufising to ask knowledge reciept of documents even though they were sent by doctors office, with them on the phone verifying everything. customer service is of course not in the United states so forget about understanding them. they will not transfer you to a supervisor or someone in the United states.
