Poor customer service when I started ordering clap supplies I made it clear that I would call when I needed them for two orders that worked then without my approval an order was sent out and money was taken out of my bank using my debit card number I did not give them the right to do that and it shorted my acct I am still waiting for them to put the money back I refused the delivery and they told me they received the supplies back last week that was a fraudulent transaction I’ll never order from them again
having to place the order again. We were assured that the order would be delivered on 5-29-19. And of course, after I checked with Apria after going through their automated system hell, it turns it won't be delivered until tomorrow. We have package thieves in our area and someone has to be home to get packages or we have them delivered to other locations. Can't wait to get rid of this company , made charges to card I didn't say were ok and their customer service is out of asia , you can barely understand anything they say and the connections suck. their office in my town is so bad I don't even go in there to do business anymore. WHATEVER YOU DO GO ELSEWHERE.
They dropped my son and will no longer supply his equipment or supplies. What reason did they give? None. I have no late payments, and never did. Terrible customer service
I called 2-3 times yesterday to try and coordinate how to order a breast pump. Going back and forth between apria and my insurance has been nothing but a nightmare. I don’t understand how apria has a 9 month pregnant person stuck as the arbitrator and middle man between the insurance company and apria. Every time I called I got a different answer. Too often the ball is dropped and orders are never filled or missing something.
My mom was supposed to receive a wheelchair from Apria, 3 weeks ago, when we took her out of a horrific nursing home. Apria doesn’t call unless it’s about money. We still don’t have a wheelchair. And without proper equipment my mom has since fallen and broken her hip requiring surgery! Every attempt made to contact them I get a general customer service line, the “local office” is always unreachable. they could only improve by closing their doors! THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU LIVE OR DIE. No oxygen since Sunday. Called 6 times since then. Today I finally got a surpervisor, and she knew nothing about it. I will speak to my doctors to drop them, and post exact reviews for everyone to see.
The worst place to do business with. Do not waste your time with their lies about when your equipment will get here because they will keep lying to you.
