HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Patient for over 15 years now they are unwilling to make payments arrangements for past due of $105.00 So now I can’t leave home without an oxygen refill.
They have no intelligent people working there at all. 7 phone calls and i still don’t have what i need
I think it's impossible for Apria to improve - worst customer service on the planet (and that includes all the public utilities and cable companies).

HOW U NEVER EVER FOLLOWED UP ON MY NEEDS. INSURANCE COMPANY WASN'T THE PROBLEM. UR VERY DISCOURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TELL EVERYBODY THAT WILL LISTEN. AND LIVING IN A SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY...THEY LISTEN!!! I ALSO REFER THEM TO UR RIVALS.. WHO HAVE GAINED FROM UR LACK OF RESPECT AND COMMUNICATION. KICK ROCKS!
This company is the absolute worst! Especially to our military and their dependents! calling for an investigation of this company for insurance fraud!!!!!
I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing my CPAP machine through Apria. They outright lied to me. Told me that my machine would be covered 100% by my insurance. After I've been using it for a few weeks, I received a bill for over $600 and now I'm being told I'll also have to make monthly payments. They are complete crooks and will lie just to make a sale.
Apria fails at customer service on par with Comcast. I have wasted 24 hours in the last 6 months trying to get simple issues resolved. Total fail.
The variable CPAP machine does not work for me, apparently. I've tried it with 3 different masks (your reps did send me those, which was helpful) but each time I've used the machine (perhaps 6-7 different nights) I end up taking the mask off after a couple of hours using it because it seems to be restricting rather than facilitating my breathing. one time I literally felt like I was suffocating so clawed it off my face.
