I work as a PCA for a customer of Apria. She is on 3 liters of oxygen at all times. Her oxygen is life sustaining. She needs it not only at home but also on the go!! Apria provided her with a Homefill 2 machine. As well as about 7 empty oxygen canisters. The empty canisters would not be a problem if her homefill system worked properly. She would be able to fill them herself in the comfort of her own home when needed. 2 weeks ago her whole machine broke. Apria delivered a “new” machine that was broken. Apria Healthcare could follow up with insurance sooner than two years so I don't get a bill a year after I quit using their services. There are many reasons for their current 1.1 star rating.

Don't treat your customers like they're stupid and don't know what they're talking about. I've dealt with 2 parents with COPD and their equipment. Now I'm dealing with my own COPD and sometimes your equipment does not work correctly don't treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about and that you don't keep any extra equipment at your facility while cheating me out of the proper cannula. those Cannulas are hard to find and your probably selling them on the side. I broke both of my feet on April 21st, and my doctor sent in a prescription for a wheelchair that was approved by my insurance. It's a month later, and still have no wheelchair to get around. My wife and I have been hung up on more times than we can count by them. After finally getting through, we had been assured that someone would be calling us for the delivery on 4 different occasions. Today we are told no one has been working on this. Thanks for being incompetent, heartless, and praying upon the injured.

I have bin getting my CPAP supply’s for many years from Apria for the first 5 years I never had a problem placing an order and putting through my insurance for full coverage but for the last 6 years every time I place an order I get a bill because some one at Apria doesn’t do there job and get the prior authorization be fore sending my order I have the same insurance I plead with the rep when ordering PLEASE DONT SEND THE ORDER WITHOUT THE AUTH and what happens they don’t and I get billed then 5 phone calls and many bills se... read more

Customer service is terrible. They charged my bank account for my last order of CPAP supplies on March 5th for $35.13 and then again for the same amount on March 8th. I called and waited a long time to talk to someone and they told me it would be corrected in 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing has changed. No credit issued. Wait time is too long for their call center so am trying this approach.

This place is the worst. My mother was in ICU for a week due to not getting enough oxygen. She needed a bi pap and apria delivered. It was all good. Well she wasn’t fitted correctly and the mask is way to large for her even in a medium. That’s been 10 months ago and I’ve been complaining. Finally she gets an appointment for a refitting and order placed in February. Guess what, still don’t have a new mask or any new replacement parts at all.
