#APRIA for CPAP DME. Change your policy asap and start mailing medical equipment to P.O. Boxes. It is a safe place to mail a package than leave outside the front door for low life porch pirates to steal.

Just moved home to Colorado from Missouri. My doctor set me up with apria and I think this is the worst oxygen supplier in Colorado. I’ve only been with them for about a week and have had more problems then I ever did with any other supplier EVER! When they showed up the first home concentrator failed as soon as he plugged it in. He returned from his truck with a different one and that one failed the next morning. Later that day another one was delivered and lasted about 12 hrs. I am now on my fourth one so far so good. Wow!!! Seriously slow and awful service. My Dr tried to order a POC over 6 weeks ago and still not completed. Good thing oxygen is not important.

Im so frickin sick and tired of your phony phone calls. My insurance has paid..your not getting anything else. Your overseas phone agents completely SUCK. I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!! How do you sleep at night knowing your stealing hard earned money from the pockets of blue collar workers?? shame on all of you.

Apria sucks. They are ok until something goes wrong and then there is no one to pick up the ball and follow through. My friend used to complain about them before she died. We thought it was because she was sick and didn’t know what was going on but looking back and now experiencing the inability to get any kind of follow through or accountability I see what she was talking about. The Absolute worst customer service and billing system. I just spent 37 mins on a call and asked for a supervisor 3 times and was told no one was available. JR fiNally said he had a supervisor and HUNG up on me. Every months since April they are charging my insurance for equipment I am not getting and JR claims they do not show that. Called on 5/7 and was told I had a $117 overpayment. Today I originally was told there is no overpayment until I kept pushing and then he said oh you have a $23 overpayment. I work for an insurance company. I know what’s ethically right by a provider. I have written letters or emails to your customer service address with only one response. I have done the math and supplied it along with my husband’s EOBs. You all owe us money while still requiring us to pay the balance. Not only that. You are requiring us to pay up front for supplies while never satisfying our requests to review our account. Not only that but you used my credit card unauthorized, which was now reversed. On business trip, forgot a consumable piece for the CPAP which made the unit worthless. Attempted to get that supply piece in the SLC area, but could only reach the calling center in India. Between my wife and I, we wasted 4 hours and got no where with customer service, other than shipping from a warehouse at Apria’s usual ridiculous prices. There is a Apria locally but apparently no longer carries any parts inventory. Found the piece on Amazon for 15% of the price Apria charges the insurance. I’m done using Apria. Worst experience for a parent! My newborn daughter was diagnosed with laryngomalacia at 16 days old and the doctor ordered an apnea monitor for us to bring her home on. The apnea monitor malfunctions after 14 days and is consistently alarming low battery even when the monitor is plugged into the wall outlet(and yes I tried several different outlets in our home to make sure it wasn’t on our end).
