Very bad customer service I don’t know why Kaiset contracts them. I have had issue with my res MED CPAP machine for 3 days in a row and the lady in San Leandro refused to help me. She says it texted find but I don’t believe her because my machine sounds like an airplane propeller

I’m currently on hold waiting for a supervisor. Trying to get my CPAP picked up. I was given a date they would be picking it up, and when I called to see what time I could expect the pickup I was told a different date and time. Of course, I’ve been on hold for a supervisor for probably 15 minutes as I’m typing this. This, combined with billing issues... seriously, if you can use a different company... do it!

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Took over $500 off my debit card without any notice or permission. Refused to return the money, my insurance co is still waiting on documentation which Apria is refusing to provide so claim can be paid - they charged my card instead. Cannot understand any of the so called customer service reps. Just a horrible, horrible company taking advantage of people with medical needs.
The automated system calls so a reorder can be placed for cpap supplies. No reorder comes. Then insurance changes at first of year. I say on recording that insurance changed. No one calls back. Takes me 5 months to actually receive an order. Then today I get a robocall telling me collection measures will be taken if I don’t pay on my account. They have a card on file to charge so I call. They are pathetic! My dad’s oxygen condenser broke which means no oxygen! They would send someone by 8pm. No one showed up! Had to call and apparently they canceled the appointment and did not bother to call us! Had to call and they said the earliest they could be here in the morning! How do they expect a person to survive without the assistance to breathe. It is a joke! You need to find a better way to take care of your patients! The sad thing is when I was in healthcare patients had the issue! Frustrating!

Apria Healthcare is HORRIBLE! I dont understand how you are the leading provider for oxygen needs. I'm being billed for equipment that was returned months ago. Some agents can see that it was returned while others can't which makes no sense to me... Not only did we have a hard time getting started but trying to return the equipment was a headache because they couldn't see in the system. we had anything.
