Got an overly aggressive collection call over a $64 bill I have not yet received. He wanted to process payment immediately over the phone. I told him I pay my bills when I get them. This was not acceptable. He wanted immediate payment for a bill I have not yet received. I have made numerous attempts to get through to Apria's complaint line. No response. Just a recording that says they are busy. I'm sure they are busy.

This is THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with ! Their billing is so screwed up that their own employees have NO CLUE what is going on ! They have called relentlessly threatening collections for a bill that I DO. NOT OWE !!! I dont even have their equipment anymore and they are still trying to get money from me ! the worst medical supply company EVER. one excuse after another why my knee scooter hasn't been delivered yet. Going on for weeks now. promised twice now by "supervisors" that they would get it out to me that night..... guess what still don't have it.... all this money we pay for insurance and they can't even sub out to a decent provider.

You could send the right product in the first place, replace it when the patient discovers you sent the wrong product, bill the patient's Medicare Advantage plan instead of the patient, and employ American citizens.

The office I worked for, the people were very nice. But the policy on late paychecks sucks. I have not gotten my check as of yet and was told I have to wait until Wednesday to complete an affidavit and the check will come overnight. Well I have kids and bills that were due a couple of days ago. There is no sense of urgency because it's not their paychecks and it isn't their livelihoods. There should be other options. If I tell you my check isn't here, I was supposed to get paid FRIDAY and I have other obligations that I need... read more

I have never seen such incompetence in my life. I ordered a backup oxygen tank and replacement of tank refill on my concentrator. called at 12 noon, 6 more phone calls and it's now 9:40 at night, and I still don't have my order. people's lives are at steak and no one in this company cares. It's all about the paycheck, not the patients. I hope there isn't a blackout, because I'll be dead because of no backup tank I was promised would be delivered and still isn't here

Customer service is horrible! We call and get put on hold and their customer service reps are rude and not helpful! We have yet to have a delivery with the correct equipment. I will never recommend this company!
