Worst company to deal with! We have been waiting for my son's wheelchair to be delivered since April! Everyday it's the same thing. . . it's out for delivery. This is for a 13 year old and four months and still nothing but excuses!
My payment of $89.__ was taken over the phone August 9th 2019. My Bpap machine was never shipped. After many attempts of trying to reach a person. I get told that for some reason it didn't get shipped. Anyway...They "cancelled" the shipment. I came into the facility today August 28th 2019 to pick up my machine. only to be charged $74.__ after I had left the facility. I can’t say enough good things about my local Apria in Grand Junction, Colorado. They have gone above and beyond to get my dad set up with oxygen and today getting him a much needed walker. They stayed late tonight so that I could come pick it up so dad wouldn’t go another night without! My heart is happy thanks to them!
I am in KS and they have given me nothing but great professional and curteous care after being placed on oxygen 24/7 in the hospital I was nervous they were great
Apria Healthcare has the worst customer service of any durable medical equipment company I have worked with. Over 1 year ago I ordered my equipment. The full amount was was charged to my flexible spending account. Upon receipt of the equipment we did not receive a statement. I called requesting a statement to provide to my FSA account, was told that the statement would be sent; it was never received.
