Apria Healthcare has served my husband since 2007. Our insurance has changed and my husband decided to change providers and Apria has been very hard to work with during this transition. Today when we called Apria to get records transferred the worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend Apria Healthcare to anyone.

We had a premature nicu baby on oxygen and a home monitor in 2017. Apria came to pick up the oxygen and never took or came to pick up the apnea monitor. We contacted them to pick it up and they never showed. After 18 months we got rid of it after numerous requests and nobody picking it up. Now 2 years later they called to try to bill for the equipment they never picked up! They never sent a notice, never called to schedule pickup, and never showed to receive the equipment. You are better off paying for your medical equipment out of pocket (Amazon, EBAY, or Craig’s list.). Borrow from a friend if you can’t afford it. Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company. I NEVER received the item I needed to assist in my surgery recovery. Seems like that happens a lot with this company. Customer service is unreliable and clueless.

I will be submitting a chargeback claim to my credit card company for an item I ordered, was charged for but never received! Seems like that happens a lot with this company. I ordered a wheelchair with Joey he told me I would receive it within 24 hours. I get a call on Saturday stating it’s been delayed and I will get it on Monday. I never received it Monday or Tuesday and no one called me. I called Wednesday and Melissa told me it had to be ordered and I would receive it on Thursday. She also ensured me that she emailed the manager and district manager to give me a call, I never got a call back from anyone! Thursday came and left and no wheelchair. Don't ask customer's to fax the RX multiple times. I had to fax everything at least 5 times and you still don't have it. Not to mention that the doctor's office did the same. If it was a matter of life or death to get my dad's neutralizer, he would be dead. Thank's for NOTHING!
