Worst company to deal with Especially if you need your equipment
Apria overcharged my credit card on 9/13. Called 9/16 after ogrinally be told it would take two weeks for payment to post and two more weeks for a refund and escalated to next level I was told payment would post on 9/17 and I would get refund by 9/20. Today is 9/24 and called back and payment posted on 9/20 and no idea about my refund and wants me to repeat everything from the call on 9/16. This is ridiculous.
This place is trash. I have been waiting on my cpap machine for over a month.
In July of 2018 we contacted Apria to fix my sister’s non invasive ventilator. They sent a rep out who said it was working just fine, it was obvious it was not working correctly. We continued to ask for a new machine. The beginning of Sept 2019 it was obvious that this machine was still not working correctly. I met my out of pocket max. They billed me for a copay anyway. I finally got a hold of a Drew Vinlay who was very helpful at first. Got my supplies and then saw that I was charged on a credit card that I used once 3 years before, some how Apria billed me for the copay. When I disputed it I had to submit my declaration of benefits and other documents showing that I met my max out of pocket. I had to do this 3 times because of lost emails. LOUSY customer service. Pick up their equipment when doctor cancels it. My doctor had to call twice, and I called the third time. Today they were to pick it up. I was told it would be by 8:30 pm. It's 9:12 pm and I'm still waiting, having been told they are on their way 20 minutes ago.
Improve your customer service. You screwed up on your billing on your end...you sent me to collections because of your mistake...then you remove the collections and send me a refund check. Now I get calls from you to try and fix your mistake. Not happening. I wish you could delete me from your system so that I can stop getting calls from you! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!
