YOU SUCK, could not give me a delivery time because you contract out to an outside vendor. Customer service is incompetent has no information, company is cheap and contracts outside the country for customer service.
I had surgery on my foot my doctor ordered me a knee scooter. My insurance paid for it . This place brought me a second hand scooter that the break keep catching and squeals when using. I call the same day it was deliver to say that this was not what my insurance paid for. I was told they need to order me a new one and it would be delivered Monday. Then I call today which is Monday and nope They say they have it don’t have down to be delivered till Wednesday... This Company is a frigging Joke
Avoid at all cost... I'm a Senior and am still waiting on my commode to be delivered...it's been 2 months! Even with mt limited income, I am going to purchase it myself!!! They have NO clue on what they are doing. Then, to avoid dealing with you they put you on hold and do not come back...or they promise to call you and they never do. Shame on them.
No comment, just would not recommend them.
I have been waiting for supplies for one month !! Have called and called keep getting an outsourced person who has very little command of the English language When asked to please connect me to the escalation department I am on hold for 15 minutes and then get disconnected just had another 45 minute call and then disconnected!!!
This company is the reason that patients can not receive basic goods that would set them up on a path to good health! Instead they take the insurance money and will do just about anything not to provide the goods to a patient! I have watched as a client and her daughter have struggled for three weeks now, trying to get a new hospital bed, as hers has broken! This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They bill your credit card without your authorization, they bill without your permission. When you call customer service, they apologize but do not know who you can further register complaints. Terrible terrible company.. try other vendors before resorting to the worst.
