I have been using Apria for years. my last two CPAP machines have been supplied by them. The first machine was set with a 12 pressure. The last one I got a few months ago was not set up with the correct pressure even though they had my od records and the new records were sent to them before I received the machine. How can your previous pressure be 12 and your new pressure a 4? It's a no brainers that could have taken my life. My wife would have been rich by a law suit against Apria I would be dead. terrible service...never shows up on time for maintenance or service calls. 3 times we waited and when I called they said they knocked and no one answered. 3 time we sat by door between 1 and 4 there was no knocks on the door

After receiving a partial order, I have been told repeatedly to be told that my insurance doesn't cover me. I called the insurance company. Yes, Apria is one of their recommended vendors. I have asked for a manager to call me back, to no avail. The only way to contact anyone is to call. Frustration at the inept quality of Apria's service is forcing me to find a different suppler.
