I’ve been waiting for a call to be returned since Thursday. I left another voicemail yesterday. I need to exchange something. My 30 days were up today. I just started with them. Next year I’m going with somewhere else.
The worst and most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. I have had respected hospitals reach out to them, and they are still giving me the run around for 8 months. this is my 4th call. the 1st cal was to order with new Medicare and BCBS FEP. thought everything set. no phone call, no email..7 days later 2 letters about Medicare requiring evidence from doctor for a CPAP machine.. 2nd call was to clarify i only wanted replacement supplies..no CPAP machine. still needed evidence anyway and i had to call former doc in Texas to see if they still had records. they did and had them fax to number Apria gave me. waited on line for fax confirmation. called back next day and no record of receipt. ... read more
Worst customer service! They charge your card without your permission and then makes you wait weeks to get it back! Would leave 0 stars if I could!!! I even said twice I did not give permission to charge me card! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was asked why. I asked that is why! You took my money without my permission that is why!
Six weeks, at least 15 phone calls. 5 different people and no choice of device. After all of that, I finally got my device along with a 7-foot paper receipt...Apria is in the 19th century.
We have had nothing but trouble with the new Apria cpap machine and mask. I have had to continually call and go out of our way to figure out how to make it work. We have had two masks and now a piece fell off. No one has the replacement parts. This is ridiculous! My dad has sleep apnea and and other medical issues. I don’t recommend Apria for cpap equipment. It would be nice if they would answer the phone when you call or at least call back when you're forced to leave a message. I've been trying to reach them for 2 days after my son had surgery, with no calls back after messages were left. I finally reached a live person today and she was extremely rude. Unfortunately this is the only vendor my insurance works with. Worst customer service ever.
I love it when we need to replace my sons air mattress because our old one isn't working anymore and you guys bring the same day. Our son is a TBI survivor and we appreciate your quick 24 hour delivery
I been waiting 12 hrs for a nebulizer that was needed today. called several times my last after hrs call the system says they already delivered it to me 😑
