Apria should give correct information and realize they are impacting peoples lives. I have an 11 year old waiting for equipment. Yet each Apria rep just gives a different response and of course they don't know who gave me the wrong information, even though they're supposedly documenting the conversation. This shouldn't be happeing in our healthcare field and even if I can't solve the issue for my child, no family should have to go through this much frustration and untruths. My mom's concentrator isn't working. My parents got another one and it's still not working. It's now Sunday and of course a business that provides equipment to keep people from dying isn't available for assistance. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Apria charged my credit card without saying a word. Had my baby 9/1/19. Had their breast pump rented for two to three days while my baby was in NICU and returned it. They didn’t get all documentation needed for insurance to pay and was denied 11/08/19. 12/18/19 I get charged. No call, no letter, no bill. When I call, they pretend they can’t find my account. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company in my entire life. I am currently 4 months into attempting to get cpap machine and related accessories without success. Apria is in professional and incompetent. Every time we speak they require ew documents from my doctor. We provide the requested documents and nothing happens. my mom's a COPD patient needs and depends on oxygen. we use Apria two years now. since then they have delivered oxygen 2 times rest I have had to pick it up. I call to schedule delivery okay we will be there twice we have had to wait three or for weeks for them to show up. on many occasions the O2 thanks are empty or half full. I shouldn't have to remind them when to deliver when I have set it up time after time. I called today I was told oh wasn't sure when u wanted it.
Hands down the worst DME company in the state of Missouri. This is the type of national chain that only cares about the bottom line “money”. They don’t care about the patient or the employees. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.
This is the a absolute worst company I've ever encountered. Nothing but trouble getting my CPAP machine.
