Customer service is terrible. I have been on hold for over an hour. The representative was going to check my account. He disappeared. I get different information every time I call. I switched to Apria because I was unhappy with the service from my previous company. That was a mistake.
Beyond all doubt, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jimmy, “there is no one here over me” manager, is ridiculous. When I told him I didn’t appreciate his condescending tone, as I am an intelligent person, he laughed loudly. He hung up in our faces!! This company is a joke. Please read the comments on their website before doing business with them.
I will say up front one very good thing about Apria Healthcare - today's experience was SO INCREDIBLY BAD that it finally motivated us to get rid of our daughter's existing HMO medical insurance coverage and pay for a new, non-Apria PPO policy. They charged my debit card without authorization and give me an excuse
How can I get a manager to call me back regarding my problem? I have called your offices but can't get any help! While writing this, I was on hold with Apria for 45 minutes telling me there was no available manager then just hung up on me!
Didn't pick up the wheelchair when called, but reported it internally that it was returned satisfactorily. Then my wife convinced them we still had it, they finally picked it up. She paid by credit card, has been continually billed even though it was returned in July 2019. Great quick service but terrible billing department. Please stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Question: what could Apria do to make their business better: They could go out of business
Apria health is epitome of incompetence. Dropped off my authorization, prescription, and all pertinent information. Was told I would be contacted. Six days passed. I had called and left messages. Finally got in touch with a person and was told nothing was done with my account...and it was MY FAULT. Just got off the phone with "the call center" and they said my order is in processing now and they need another 7 to 10 business days. Y'all are terrible.
