Dont fire people via email at night
I am having issues with my cpap. Have called twice and was told they would get back to me. Still waiting. Calls were 8 days apart.
I told them I didn't want a humidifier, I got a humidifier. I was told I would get a replacement piece for the humidifier and refunded the $140 they charged me, I received neither. I was told it wouldn't cost me a thing and $1,000 later they tell me I will still need to make payments for over a year. They are supposed to bill my HSA for any charges, as all other medical offices have done, and they can't even do that. They are liars and incompetent. On the plus side, they were quick and had local offices.
I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a CPAP machine. Voice mail messages agent returned, mailboxes are full trying to call and many mistakes made. I’ll never use a doctor that uses this company again. More then 17 phone calls to try and get the machine shipped to the right address. Emails sent for me to approve an order with a wrong delivery address have “no reply” so I can’t even contact them!
Dealing with Apria has been horrible! I am unable to order supplies. Apria has a computer call me to order supplies. I am unable to communicate with that computer. so then I call the company only to be on hold indefinitely. The message that sends is Apria's time is more important than mine or any of it's customers. Wrong! I am sick of this and am now looking for a different company for my CPAP needs.
I was renting a breast-pump provided by my hospital, I was told “you won’t be charged”. A few weeks later I had a 17 dollar charge in my account. I called Apria and the guy I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, I had a check sent to me in the mail a few weeks later. Fast forward a couple weeks and I see the charge again. I call and again and get a super friendly person. I also ordered for them to pick up the pump. A few weeks later another check was sent to me.
this company needs to be investigated!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I have been trying to get a billing issue corrected for eight months. they keep billing me for an invoice I paid in April 2019 AND I am now being charged a "bad debt fee" for the invoice I have already paid.
