It's been a nightmare dealing with Apria in Corpus Christi!!! They're customer service people are rude and do not deliver on their word!!! My Mom is literally running out of oxygen and they keep making us jump through hoops even though insurance cover ALL the products needed!!! Apria San Antonio ALWAYS came through as promised, unfortunately, not their Corpus Christi branch.
Worst customer service on the face of the planet. I don't understand how this company continues to get away with the way they treat their disabled customers. If you can get your supppies from another company run as fast as you can away from Apria.
Do NOT use them. They will fraudulently charge your credit card. I have an ongoing battle with them. Had met my deductible and signed a contract with them for a cpap machine on Dec 31 2019, having been assured by their customer relationship liaison in Austin multiple times that with the contract signed on the 31st, they would charge my insurance in 2019. They send wrong CPAP mask. Doctor requests they deliver new one, take incorrect one back. Get billed for both, no help rectifying billing issues. On hone over an hour and finally giving up and paying both bills. Sure wish my medical plan allowed me to get supplies elsewhere
Worst service. Oxygen broke down called at 12 noon told delivery would be 9pm how the hell is this ok.
I have called them 5 times and my insurance company has called them every time they send me a bill. The last time Highmark called them and told them to cease and desist billing me. The insurance company already paid them and they are trying to double bill.
Because My Dr sent in a order for a new machine in November 2019.... I kept waiting and waiting for my new machine, finally gave up and call the Knoxville office and the order for my machine was OVERLOOKED. So we placed the order ,insurance approved it and Apria called to set a date for delivery. I just called to see what time they would be delivering today and guess what .... someone canceled the order! I’m am so FURIOUS with Apria right now!
