i have had Apria for almost a year. i ordered parts for my cpap machine and they get the address messed up and i talked to them today twice within a hour. i explained that my shipment was to be shipped to my work. It ends up they ship it to my apartment qhere i exclusively told them i would not be home! This company sucks at allowing CUSTOMERS to pay monthly online. I do not want them taking it automatically out of my account , I want to pay the same time every month when I pay the rest of my bills. I can't pay this one! Multiple calls trying to get into that online account and then when I do it says I owe nothing. I can not go ahead and pay it and be done with it! Worst customer service on the face of the planet. I don't understand how this company continues to get away with the way they treat their disabled customers. If you can get your supppies from another company run as fast as you can away from Apria.
Do NOT use them. They will fraudulently charge your credit card. I have an ongoing battle with them. Had met my deductible and signed a contract with them for a cpap machine on Dec 31 2019, having been assured by their customer relationship liaison in Austin multiple times that with the contract signed on the 31st, they would charge my insurance in 2019. They send wrong CPAP mask. Doctor requests they deliver new one, take incorrect one back. Get billed for both, no help rectifying billing issues. On hone over an hour and finally giving up and paying both bills. Sure wish my medical plan allowed me to get supplies elsewhere
Worst service. Oxygen broke down called at 12 noon told delivery would be 9pm how the hell is this ok.
