I ordered supplies for my sleep machine and paid for them. They got sent to the wrong address. Called Apria and they said that they would resend the order. I still haven’t seen it and no call back from them. Bad customer service. Another unhappy customer!☹️

We have had the VERY worst service from this company. My husband uses a CPAP for sleep apnea. We had no problems initially with Apria Healthcare. But when he changed jobs and health insurance, it has become a complete nightmare! He has spoken with them six times over the last ninety days trying to get new supplies. They continued to try to bill the old health insurance. He would provide them with the new insurance information on every call, and they would bill the old insurance anyway! Apria Healthcare is a criminal organization. I advise any one who is thinking of using this poor excuse for a company, to RUN AWAY. There are so many people who have rated this company, and shared their experiences that they have a 1.1 customer service rating on Facebook. Well, here’s my story. Run very far away from Apria. They tried to overcharge me for supplies. Then, once I showed them the EOB, they said the amount was reduced but would never show me a corrected invoice. Do yourself a favor and DON'T USE APRIA HEALTHCARE.

company is joke I have paid them for a 20.18 bill twice now they call and harass you every week get your crap together cant even call anyone
This company is a complete fraud. I have had to deal with them 2 times and their billing practices are fraudulent. They have been sued a number of times for fraudulent billing. They charge more than agreed on and don't submit claims to your insurance company so you end up paying out of your own pocket. I switched insurance companies and they restarted payments, essentially trying to make me pay twice for the same equipment.
