Basically, Apria is very incompetent from an operational perspective. I have been trying to return thirty (30) Sunset TUB06 CPAP tubes (6'), which I did NOT order, for six (6) weeks and have wasted hours of my time on multiple telephone calls. I took the time to do this because we are in the middle of a pandemic and these tubes could be repurposed to other CPAPs and possibly for use with ventilators. Anyone who is getting fraudulently charged by Apria Healthcare just call the freaking Jacksonville Attorney General. I’m not even a patient / customer of theirs and started getting ACH withdrawals from them every month. I called their billing department and they offer no resolution since I don’t have an account with them, which should be a red flag! http://myfloridalegal.com is the website for the AG.
Cigna contracts with Apria who contracts with Carecentrix. 5+ hours on the phone trying to get their billing straightened out. Apriia is billing me instead of Cigna. They can't seem to understand their own business relationship. Unbelievable!!!
Company is completely incapable of filling orders without mistakes.
