waited 3 weeks for something that have should have took 3 to 5 days. then the machine shows up not working. and this company has shown they don't care. called the after hour line and nothing back. they just tuned me out and they don't care if someone dies cause of their faulty equipment. so mean they get their money and that's all that matters.

They owe me $354 for miss billed equipment which they charged to my credit card. They have been paid by my insurance company but still have not refunded my money after 8 months and at least 20 contacts. I have been on the phone for hours and have been unable to get anyone that can actually do anything about it. There is no one in authority that can be reached. It’s all a big runaround. On a scale of 1 to 10. They get a big fat 0. I’m going to call Medicare and file a Fraud complaint.

They called and left a message to call back and I did, it took an hour to get someone to answer and they didn't know what i was talking about. Called again today, person said he needed to put me on hold a minute, turned 20 minutes and different person answered and hung up on me. next I called and was on the phone over an hour and nobody picked up. If I die from sleep apnea I want them charged with murder

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order they sent the wrong ones. Fine. I called left a message since it was a weekend. Never got a call back. So I called a few days later. They said they’ll send out the correct order. Order comes a few days later. And AGAIN it’s wrong. So I called and left a message since it was the weekend. Didn’t get a call back. Thieves. They charged us money without notifying us and telling us that insurance would cover 100 percent for my cpap. We have called them several times since June trying to get a refund. All they do is pass you around from one dept to the next. We even had our insurance company call them directly and it didn’t matter. They’re straight up liars. And, I just found out that they put in a claim to our insurance on 8/16 to be paid for a machine that was RETURNED on 8/6.

Apria Healthcare in Irving TX has to have the worst customer service of any operation I have dealt with. They do not answer the phone and they do not return phone calls when you leave a message. I have been trying to get a CPAP machine that was ordered by my doctor for 8 business days and still I cannot get an update on the status of my order. VERY DISAPPOINTED and do not recommend the Irving TX location!

You don't send what's ordered, you send the wrong things, you send more than what is ordered and today you sent me the wrong mask. AGAIN. It's Friday night. What am I supposed to do until Tuesday (the earliest I could possibly get a replacement)? And today you also sent me another patient's confidential information. When I called to let you know this was a HIPPA violation you couldn't care less. God, you are the worst.
