Claim that money is owed when it is not the case. When you question the bill they say they will send a copy of the invoice. Apria talks in circles when you challenge the charge.Twice they just hung up. One was a call center in the Philippines, the other rep was in the US. There were no arguments prior to the hang-ups. Attorneys General of respective states should be made aware of Apria Healthcare.
give out phone number to local apria office instead 1800 call center in India.

Basically, Apria is very incompetent from an operational perspective. I have been trying to return thirty (30) Sunset TUB06 CPAP tubes (6'), which I did NOT order, for six (6) weeks and have wasted hours of my time on multiple telephone calls. I took the time to do this because we are in the middle of a pandemic and these tubes could be repurposed to other CPAPs and possibly for use with ventilators. Today a worker showed up announced to a family home with sick elders while under a quarantine order for covid19 to pick up a rental equipment that was never used. your worker had a mask hanging from his ear not on his face while talking to one of the elders of the house. shame on you and your company.
