Horrible. I (along with my insurance company) call monthly about a bill that has NOT been sent to my insurance company for processing. No one in the billing department knows what's going on. They have claimed 3 different reasons for the $2100 bill. I'm currently looking into obtaining an attorney in case this is placed on my credit history. I will not pay a bill that I do not owe.
This company is a scam, they send bills and hold supplies, when nothing is owed. They bill when they have a deal with the insurance company that it's no charge to me. Every order, they claim they need new or additional authorizations, and hold my order for supplies. The Attorney General should investigate them and shut them down..Horrible, disgusting, frauds!!!!!!!!!!

Without a doubt, Apria Healthcare wins the dubious award for being the most unprofessional, uncaring, unethically managed, Medicare-fraudulent-billing medical supply company in the US! Are the insurers in on this scam by accepting and promoting Apria?! Hmmmmm....

i am getting billed for equipment I haven't had since jan 2020 I have all my bills paid in full with 0 owed on everyone of them but they suddenly decided I owe them 97 dollars but they cant tell me for what. I have spent hours on the phone with no satisfaction. where do we go next?
