I bought a CPAP breathing machine from them almost a year ago! It stopped working over a month ago. I cannot get them to look at it and fix it or replace it. Apria healthcare has poor record keeping. Poor customer service! After several attempts to contact them, I finally got a call back. But still no help. They say their supervisor or manager will return my call to help me! what a joke, worse customer service by far. send the wrong supplies all the time and want to argue with me on what i need. I wear a p10 not a n30 mask but they still send me n30 crap. i even showed them that my apnea account has the p10 mask.
Scam billing practices. My insurance told me not to pay them since they were already paid.

Initial service was fine.Had some problems with my cpap and left three different messages for the therapist to call.Never heard anything!!! Have gone online and ordered what I think will help me have a better experience.
I believe Apria Healthcare is committing fraud. They called me and offered me a CPAP. I said NO. They sent it anyway to my home. I call them and told I didn’t order anything and they should pick it up. They refused to so. They have sent robocall messages harassing me for monthly payments and now say that they are turning over to collections. They do not have any approval, signed order or anything establishing a contractual relationship. I believe they are commuting federal mail fraud!
Billed me without permission. Have filed complaint with Medicare and United HealthCare regarding their billing practices.
Do NOT use this company!!! Their billing office is the absolute worst. We have been fighting with them for months over a balance that we do not owe. I have done multiple three way calls with our insurance and they cannot get it together. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any Healthcare company.
Never in my life have I had more issues with a company than this one. I don't believe this is even a real company at this point. I have now been lied to 12 times by Apria Healthcare. Every single thing they said would happen did not happen, I was charged 3 times as much as they said they'd charge me. Even with email agreements and voicemail agreements I'm still being lied to, and will most likely be contacting my lawyer at this point.
