I've been trying to get through their phone mail since 4 PM yesterday as the equipment for filling the ridiculously tiny bottle they left isnt working and to get more bottles. 3 messages with promises to return calls withing two hours and nothing. at this rate I'll be calling another company as my ex needs transport yo Denver for follow up care and I won't have enough O2 to get him up there. my other friends on O2 looked at me in disbelief when I said Apria. they both fired them after similar issues with customer service bef... read more

I just spoke to 2 different people today about my account being charged and extra fee when it shouldn’t have been. Both told me I should get a refund.. they said it’s pending on their end ( my account has been posted for 5 days already) and they can’t refund me until it does. The charge should have never happened. The guy then said maybe I don’t have the money in my account... how dare he accuse that! What poor customer service with both people. I definitely do NOT recommend Apria. I have been trying to contact them for a week regarding my husbands wound care supplies. They don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message they don’t return your call. He has a HOLE from an abdominal surgery that was infected. We can’t get it to heal properly because we can’t get ahold of Apria for his wound care supplies. I have called 10 times a day since last Tuesday and NOTHING. I even emailed them. I haven’t received a response! Horrible way to do business!

I find this company to be dishonest at best, and I very strongly get the feeling that ripping off the sick and elderly is part of their business plan. Which wouldn’t make them any different from most American healthcare companies. It use to be that you got what you paid for. Now, you pay extra for substandard products and services.

I found the company to be frustrating from day one. I began getting collection calls asking when I was going to pay the bill days before it was even mailed to me. The orders routinely came with parts that didn't fit my equipment and I'm sure cost my insurer a pretty penny. I had an order that didn't come for weeks, and when I called them, they said that they had called me to tell me the problem. I had an appointment with a therapist from Colorado Springs office at 12:30. I got to talk to him only 2 HOURS later. No apologies, no requested call from Manager Ashley. Working with Apria is like doing a root canal. A painful experience.

I had an appointment with therapist John from Colorado Springs office at 12:30. I got to talk to him only 2 HOURS later at 2:30 (he insisted on keeping me waiting while he eats his lunch, and I miss my lunch). No apologies, no requested call from Manager Ashley. Working with Apria is like doing a root canal. A painful experience.
