Bad experience rude staff for reordering
I just spoke to 2 different people today about my account being charged and extra fee when it shouldn’t have been. Both told me I should get a refund.. they said it’s pending on their end ( my account has been posted for 5 days already) and they can’t refund me until it does. The charge should have never happened. The guy then said maybe I don’t have the money in my account... how dare he accuse that! What poor customer service with both people. I definitely do NOT recommend Apria. I have been trying to contact them for a week regarding my husbands wound care supplies. They don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message they don’t return your call. He has a HOLE from an abdominal surgery that was infected. We can’t get it to heal properly because we can’t get ahold of Apria for his wound care supplies. I have called 10 times a day since last Tuesday and NOTHING. I even emailed them. I haven’t received a response! Horrible way to do business!
I find this company to be dishonest at best, and I very strongly get the feeling that ripping off the sick and elderly is part of their business plan. Which wouldn’t make them any different from most American healthcare companies. It use to be that you got what you paid for. Now, you pay extra for substandard products and services.
I found the company to be frustrating from day one. I began getting collection calls asking when I was going to pay the bill days before it was even mailed to me. The orders routinely came with parts that didn't fit my equipment and I'm sure cost my insurer a pretty penny.
