Mom went home on Oxygen yesterday was supposed to get a PORTABLE oxygen concentrator They delivered refillable O2 bottles that last 2 hours. It’s ridiculous. They claimed they don’t carry the portable concentrators but it right on the website that they do. Also how is an 86 year old woman supposed to manage refilling O2 tanks. When I called they were less than helpful and lied about another company carrying the POCs. I can see why they have terrible reviews.
Apria incorrectly charged me over 800.00 over a year ago. My insurance company has been working with them to get this corrected. They currently are holding my money and also were paid by insurance. They do not follow through on any commitments to refund the money and continue to delay. I do not recommend doing business with them. It is so frustrating.
The worst company ever the customer service told me if I don’t have insurance I have to pay 100% more because this is normal price they have I paid already for six months with insurance for $50 now I’m out of job and no insurance now they’re Billing me 107 I stopped using the device I return the device They still charge me for three months. supposed to be $50 for 12 months and I own the device now I have to pay Over $300 dollars just because I don’t have somebody to get my back like insurance now they are allowed to bully me... read more
Call Apria to get CPAP equipment was on hold for over an hour😑I called again this time with the option of them calling me back,and they did but the agent never said anything and I can hear him complaining and hang up the phone as soon as I said hello. This is the 1st time I ever complained about a company on Facebook Apria get it together
They suck. I used to get my CPAP replacements in a matter of days. It will be 2 weeks.
waited 3 weeks for something that have should have took 3 to 5 days. then the machine shows up not working. and this company has shown they don't care. called the after hour line and nothing back. they just tuned me out and they don't care if someone dies cause of their faulty equipment. so mean they get their money and that's all that matters.
They owe me $354 for miss billed equipment which they charged to my credit card. They have been paid by my insurance company but still have not refunded my money after 8 months and at least 20 contacts. I have been on the phone for hours and have been unable to get anyone that can actually do anything about it. There is no one in authority that can be reached. It’s all a big runaround. On a scale of 1 to 10. They get a big fat 0. I’m going to call Medicare and file a Fraud complaint.
They called and left a message to call back and I did, it took an hour to get someone to answer and they didn't know what i was talking about. Called again today, person said he needed to put me on hold a minute, turned 20 minutes and different person answered and hung up on me. next I called and was on the phone over an hour and nobody picked up. If I die from sleep apnea I want them charged with murder
