I called today to place an order for 3 oxygen tanks to be delivered. The representative said the tanks would be delivered by 5pm. At 6pm no tanks, so I called and the representative said they were running behind and that they would arrive by 11:30pm. At midnight no tanks, so I called again. This time the representative said that dispatch marked the tanks as undeliverable at 10pm. I am so furious. I was waiting for the tanks all day, and nobody calls me to inform me of this.
They are a rip off.. Billed my insurance for a Nebulizer. Now they are charging me a insurance fee every month for a year. One way of double charging..I can buy one online cheaper. They can keep their machine..
Worst experience ever and still having ongoing issues with this company! I cannot speak worse about a company I have ever dealt with in my life. ... long story short... I got a CPAP thru Apria last year. They billed my insurance. I changed jobs and called Apria to ask if they were in network with my new insurance. I was assured yes they were. Turns out they are not and not only that. They started billing my new insurance for the full amount, not the one remaining payment that was left. I got hit with the full bill for out of network when the equipment was 1 payment from being paid off. I returned the machine and paid off the balance. Start over. Rebuild the customer service process from scratch.
I ordered supplies for my sleep machine and paid for them. They got sent to the wrong address. Called Apria and they said that they would resend the order. I still haven’t seen it and no call back from them. Bad customer service. Another unhappy customer!☹️
We have had the VERY worst service from this company. My husband uses a CPAP for sleep apnea. We had no problems initially with Apria Healthcare. But when he changed jobs and health insurance, it has become a complete nightmare! He has spoken with them six times over the last ninety days trying to get new supplies. They continued to try to bill the old health insurance. He would provide them with the new insurance information on every call, and they would bill the old insurance anyway!
