Worst Customer Service ever. They are ripping me off!
I have been unable to get any help from this company. My C-PAP machine has stopped working and when I called for help I was told by an answering service that no one could help me, and when I did finally reach someone they said they couldn't even find a C-PAP machine on my account. I've been with them for years, even gotten several supplies for my C-PAP through them, and now you're telling me that you don't even see one on my account? What's going on over there? Ordered a EXTRA large full-face mask and sent a large. Was told it would be replaced and then, upon NOT receiving it, I called and was given 15 minute run-a-round. Finally spoke to "Monica" -- a supervisor, who told me they would not replace the mask that I spent $128.00 on. . . As it had been too long. . . So I am out a mask and $128.00. Customer Service STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute worst service ever from Fresno branch. are full of lies and awful customer service. I give 1 star rating. Brain surgery, I can’t really walk. Supposed to deliver to hospital 3/08/2020. They said didn’t receive order until 3/09. Still haven’t received my walker! Now I got a call I have to pick up in branch. I placed on hold for over 20 minutes, then rudely placed on another hold. I don't have enough time to list the negatives about your company! YOU ARE THE WORST, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Their billing department is utter garbage. It's outsourced to India and most of their reps seem to be rude, incompetent, or a combination of the two. I called for help understanding my Sales and Service Agreement, and the first rep kept interrupting me and trying to refer me to my insurance company. Two supervisors managed to disconnect my call as well. I had my sleep specialist's office pull the referral and send it somewhere else, cause God forbid I should actually require help with billing at some point.
Still focused on a higher bottom line before the customers, referrals and employees. A little less profit and a little more customer service/employee appreciation would really help build your patient base.
