This company is horrible. Worst healthcare service provider ever, especially customer service. Every time I place an order, they get wrong credits card numbers, never send communications and bills. Nothing. I needed to give them several times over and over my payment info and there’s no way they can capture the information right. If there is another CPAP service provider, I will move away from Apria with no hesitation.

because the billing department don't help you at all when you call in for a flex spending statement they don't send it this is the worst company on the planet when it comes to billing and giving to the customers what they need so that they can continue paying their bills through their flex spending account

one of the worst companies in the country. I had major problems in getting supplies for my father. their customer service is horrible. when I called the local branch for help they had me talk to a manager named Jessica who worked at bakery before joining apria.

This company is billing me for a device that I do not have and have not had. They are billing the wrong insurance, they have sent me to collections and NEVER sent me a bill. YOUR company SUCKS!!!!!!

choose another company unless you want the run around from the Illinois company. spent the whole day trying to replace my broken cpap machine only for the lady to tell me my insurance company wont cover another machine unless it's been over 5 years. called my insurance company and Apria never called to verified!

Apria Healthcare is a joke. They mailed me the wrong stuff from the Irvine location. So I made an appointment to go down there and straighten it out. Nothing but gross incompetence by the staff. They didn’t even care or try to make it right. Even the girl admitted that she was new and wasn’t very familiar with the products she represents. I was so frustrated with them and their ignorance, and being able to resolve the issue. How about returning calls? Called at 7:30 this am. 2 weeks ago went in to get fitted. Explained was going in today for Fed cdl assess & needed report. She wrote it down complete with email date & phone. I called to remind them. I called again. Yup sending report & will call regarding machine not working last night. Never heard a word never got report. They get paid a lot of money for these machines. Would be nice if they cared.

My elderly father has tried countless times to get an expired check they sent him reissued. He has even went down to their corporate office. Now, they claimed he cashed it and won’t provide proof. Good thing his son in law is a lawyer and he will be contacting them shortly.
