Your billing and customer service is the poorest I have ever witnessed. We will NEVER use your products or services ever again. You would not provide the information needed to our insurance company for our reimbursement. We had to pay all cash for our equipment. I have told since November 1st that my C Pap machine would be mailed to me. Called a week after that and they said they didn’t have my order. Called the doctors office and they said they faxed it to them the next day which was November 2nd or 3rd. Okay the doctors faxed again. Another week later called and they said 3-5 days. Great! Still no C Pap 10 days later. Called today and they still have not sent it even though 10 days they said they would send it in 3-5 days again. Still no C Pap machine as of today December 2nd. They’re screwing up my credit because they submitted a claim to my insurance company with the wrong code. After 2 years I thought this issue was resolved but it came up on my credit report. Apria Healthcare is HORRIBLE to put it mildly. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
We have used them for 4-5 years. They have not one time showed up on the day that they were supposed to.
