I can not believe you all don't have emergency after hours help for your oxygen concentrators!! Calling your "emergency" number was a waste!! This is unacceptable!!
OMG!!! Where to start???
Since September 2019 order was placed for oxygen machine. Doctor never heard back nor did my husband. Had to cancel order because notes were put on order that were completely false and found out today that another office took over. Also dealt with Apria from May to Sept over another order and never could speak to anyone who could answer my questions. Worst medical supply company we have ever dealt with
Tried for several days to arrange pick up of expensive medical equipment. Pathetic excuse for a company — each customer service representative tells a different story and makes up a new excuse contradicting the previous rep. Absolute incompetence.
I have called NINE times & waited countless hours for #Apria to pick up their broken wheelchair. I am literally paying for a rental car to access my WC more easily, but the broken WC is taking up its space so its been a waste. Their representative is extremely RUDE and ineffective. I am at the end of my rope. 😡 #ApriaSucks If you can avoid Apria, you definitely should!
The WORST service ever. Patients need to breathe now, not in two weeks. They provide vital, life saving equipment but are more concerned with it than patient care or caregiver support. After my son almost died due to respiratory failure it has taken two weeks to provide a pulse ox and when it finally arrived it was programmed incorrectly and when I said change the settings or take it out of here they took it and left.
