this company is the worst my mother came home from the hospital at 3 it is now 9 and still nobody came with oxygen and the one they gave her in the hospital is empty. I called customer service that's why has it came and their answer was all that they couldn't verify insurance instead of calling somebody it waited for somebody to call them if she didn't need it I would not get it from them.
This company is incompetent. They have terrible systems which prevents accurate order status reporting, they are overpriced and literally every interaction I have had with them has been plagued with errors or misinformation. I gave them a negative review on the survey they sent after a call and what action occurred? None. No response. They don’t care. poor customer service and even the doctor had to leave messages and hope they would call back. It took three days to get the monitor we needed so we could bring the baby home from the NICU and I can't get thru to a human to talk to them.
On the phone so far for over half an hour to try and correct a mistake they made. I keep getting passed from one person to another, constantly being put on hold. Was told last Spring my insurance no longer covered this, then they sent an order to my previous address and have constantly billed me for materials I didn't order or receive.
