Was asked when I started doing business with this company to put a credit card on file and that it would NEVER be charged. Fast forward 6 years they changed this card. Said that my insurance didn’t pay on it. When I called to complain I was told the money would be returned immediately. 3 weeks later called again. I have had Apria for years there were 2 claims that weren’t paid bc insurance was checking on other insurance. They were appealed after filing time and Apria put 109.00 into collections. I can’t Order any supplies bc there is a hold on my account. My portable concentrator needs a part and I can’t use it so I can’t go anywhere. They don’t care, all they keep saying is when it’s paid we will take the hold off. So in other words I can die in the street and I am telling everyone here that Apria will be at fault. Cannot give less than a 1. Stay away from this company for CPAP supplies. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

Change your deceptive billing practices!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered from them and returned it to an Apria rep who happened to be in front if my house at the neighbors. Thought it was done but they keep trying to collect $293 from me. They acknowledged the box was at the local location in Casper and thought it was done again until they called and wanted payment. Kaiser Permante ordered an APAP machine for my husband "Stat" and expected it would be delivered the same day. It was not. I never received a call from Apria and every time I have called Apria I have received a different answer. Supposedly, the APAP was shipped via FedEx from Kansas City and will arrive in 5-7 business day and yet I have no tracking number and no further information. Tomrrow will be another day spent trying to track down the APAP. Terrible customer service.
Worse healthcare provider out there! Seriously think about using another provider!
Made a dangerous mistake and misrepresentation of products and are now unwilling to correct the situation. *edit - 2 weeks and HOURS of conversation, general manager is now working to correct the situation for me. I hope I will be able to say next week they did correct the situation.
