I met my out of pocket max. They billed me for a copay anyway. I finally got a hold of a Drew Vinlay who was very helpful at first. Got my supplies and then saw that I was charged on a credit card that I used once 3 years before, some how Apria billed me for the copay. When I disputed it I had to submit my declaration of benefits and other documents showing that I met my max out of pocket. I had to do this 3 times because of lost emails. LOUSY customer service. Pick up their equipment when doctor cancels it. My doctor had to call twice, and I called the third time. Today they were to pick it up. I was told it would be by 8:30 pm. It's 9:12 pm and I'm still waiting, having been told they are on their way 20 minutes ago.
Improve your customer service. You screwed up on your billing on your end...you sent me to collections because of your mistake...then you remove the collections and send me a refund check. Now I get calls from you to try and fix your mistake. Not happening. I wish you could delete me from your system so that I can stop getting calls from you! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

They could improve by shutting down. I've been hung up on four times in 19 hours. Their help line tells me the "local office won't answer their phone". What kind of service company hangs up on their customers, and has an office that doesn't answer the phone? Answer: one that needs to shut down.
WARNING do not use this company EVER. I promise you will be charged for equipment you dont have or ever ordered and you will never get what you originally ordered. This company is the most incompetent company ever. I will continue to post this warning everywhere until they stop charging me for items i dont have in the mean time talking to someone on the phone does not help and shows the lack of ability to do the job right. I have to go thru the trouble to charge them with fraud on my credit card. BEWARE
I have worked for 48 hours to get an order faxed and in their system. I can navigate any insurance/home care system as I am a nurse. On Thursday I had the order faxed to Apria 3x. Shocker they claim they never received it. On Friday, I had it sent again and got the confirmation number. They tried to tell me they didn't have it but when I said I have a confirmation number they had to backtrack. Now it was that processing would call me. You know that call never came. Don't use Apria for your medical needs. There customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen!!!!
